Please...for customers who want Long John Silvers food (this is a shared Taco Bell) put a BIG sign letting them know they have to come inside to order BEFORE you get to the drive thru (we got stuck in the drive thru because we did not know you had to order LJS inside only, and 2 cars came in behind us) so, we waited in the drive thru, about 5 minutes, then we pulled around to go inside to order, when inside there were about 5 employees, having a great time, I am all for having fun at work however you need to attend to your customers asap. our total time waiting for our food and sitting in the drive thur, 25 minutes, that is a LONG time for fast food. Now, the food was AMAZING, hot and yummy just need a sense of urgency for your customers, fish, fries, chicken take 3 to 6 minutes to cook. Staff was nice just needs to focus on that delievery time. Thank you.

After ordering the fish and chips, I think it was given to someone else ans the wait was almost 30 minutes. Then finally my number was called and the fish was horribly over cooked. I won't go back.

Well it took almost 20 mins for me to get my order... then when I asked why it took so long the worker said very rudly... well you dont want raw food do you... mind you there was atleast 5 people working and 3 seemed to be standing around... only one cook to make the food he had no help til the end... i will be figuring out how to get a hold of their corprate office cause that worker was overly rude

The fish portions were very large, very crispy (without tasting overcooked in the slightest), and of course very yummy! ? The hushpuppies were similarly delicious, and the fries weren't bad, but they were outshined by the other two. The service was startlingly fast--I had barely gotten my drink and sat down before I was called up to get my order. The only thing I don't like about this Long John Silver's is that it feels almost vestigial, like some ever-shrinking parasitic twin clinging to Taco Bell for dear life. I would love it if they returned to popularity.

Living in WA State, we miss LJS. We drove out of the way to get to this gem. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The restrooms were clean and stocked. The food was made to order and everything tasted great. I like how they had all the condiments out for self service. I will most definitely visit again.Parking: The parking was plentiful. No issues. The area looks safe.Kid-friendliness: The area was in a shopping area. Nothing looked wrong so kids could eat there.

Every time I order a Quesadilla it is introduced to a knife from a safe distance. But while it may be technically cut, those cuts are just flesh wounds.If it were a problem, I'd stop going.It's EVERY time, though, so at least it's consistent.

We ordered the 2 pc combo . Menu said fish , fries plus one side . We asked for slaw . The counter person said one side means hush puppies only. Slaw was available for additional cost ( but in reality it should have come as the side , keep your 2 hush puppies ) . Language was an issue.As we started eating we both noticed that the bottom 1/2 inch of both our plates was full of the loose bits of fried batter that floats around in the fryer. Thats a LOT of junk to scoop onto our plates . Overall a disappointing experience .
I'm from the midwest so I was stoked when I discovered there was a LJS around here. Hushpuppies is a major comfort food and they are just as good here. Only complaint is the chicken didn't seem as good as usual last few trips and the drive thru workers act weird when u want more than a couple packets of vinegar or tartar sauce. They need to be a lil more generous and mindful that the customer sometimes like to put it on fries and chicken and not be so greedy with it. There's alot of Karen's that just complain about any tiny thing but in this case and this location, it really does lack customer service skills and communication.Parking: Massive parking space for a big rig.
