I’ve ordered take-out pupusas numerous times & always had a good experience; always with one particular older female who has always been exceptional despite the language barrier. Unfortunately, Sunday, my family & I decided to dine in (she wasn’t there) & had the worst dining experience ever!Being that my husband is of Hispanic race himself, there was no reason for any language misunderstandings.First off, we waited a long time for our drinks; mostly water with 3-4 pieces of tiny ice cubes floating on top. My husband finally got his water when food was served; no ice, had to wait another 15 min or so for 5 tiny ice cubes. Almost an hour later when our food was finally served, they gave us an extra dish that wasn’t ordered, messed up on 2 orders & husbands order was missing. At that point, he voiced his frustration to them, but they still didn’t get replaced order right! Waiter had an attitude & couldn’t care less!We told them we’ll just take his order to go. Waitress made so many mistakes on food order which I had to dispute with the cashier, who thankfully was pleasant.

I give it three stars because it doesn't sell all drinks, why doesn't it sell Gallo beer, but India Quiché should sell that, and the food takes a long time to deliver.

The food is hurt by the terrible service of the person who answers the phone to receive orders....I think that if they don't want to work they should stay at home or look for another job...their problems maybe bring them to work and they give bad service. ..I get hung up halfway through placing my order....haha the owner take note of her workers because it is honestly sad about the terrible service of the person answering the phone, you place the order according to what you want and you will pay for that

Highly recommend. It was really busy on the weekends, so service was not great but the food is worth the wait. I had the breakfast and a chuchito. They were out of rellenitos so I didn't try them. Will go back again to try more items.Kid-friendliness: Is family and kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: No stairs and is accessible. Bathroom also accessible.

The food is great, specially the beef stews, but the wait time to be attended or get your food can be very long.

I went with my family to eat at this place for the first time. I gave it 3 stars because the food was not that bad.The service was not so goodAlso, I saw that a young man who cleans the tables dropped a bottle on the floor and he only picked up the broken bottle and didn't bother to clean the floor. What makes me think-If I don't clean the floor where there were more people watching-What will it be like inside the kitchen where customers cannot see what is happening. It does not give me confidence.
They're pretty busy in the morning. I love their food for the most part. They started to make micheladas and they're amazing. The only thing I didn't love was the wait time after we ordered it was about 30+min to get our food.
A nice little piece of guatemala in the portland area. Very quick service and super nice staff. I just asked for platanos con frijoles y crema. To drink I had an atole. They have music in the background, everything was clean and just as requested. Will be back when in the area.
