I just hope people see this... im sure this place is great but the hours are wrong. I'm here at 3:30pm on a Tuesday and its closed. And was here yesterday at midnight. So I dont think they're open right now with Covid.

Pleasantly surprised by their burgers. My husband and I each got a cheeseburger with tator tots and chicken strips for my son. All that and including drinks, it was $21. Will come back.

you might read this review and think i am lying but if that is the case then so be it. i have never and i repeat NEVER had an experience like this. we walked in at 1am for a very early breakfast - 10 deep (i have a lot of friends) and proceeded to order not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, not six, not seven, not eight, but possibly nine or ten of the amazing dishes presented on this eclectic and sophisticated menu. we sat and enjoyed the ambiance - pink walls, fluorescent lighting, and about one dozen caricatures of the elusive panda bear strewn across the walls. what more could a fan of quality cuisine ask for? do yourself a solid, order the wings, thai chili no extras needed these wings are spicy and BOLD! if you like flavor you won't be disappointed - the meat is so tender it falls of the bone. corn dogs and french fries are amazing as well (fries are legitimately on par with ones i have had in the country of france). pork banh mi? out of this world. i only wish my stomach was bigger so that i could enjoy more. if you are a resident or, like me, just a wanderlust traveler who enjoys new experiences and flavors, stop waiting and get your a** to lucky panda deli!

This place opens late which is great for late night munchies whenever you're playing games with your friends or just needing a quick bite. I love this place as a last resort but I do have an issue with how scary the area is at night as lots of homeless are around the lot and all. There is however a nice lady that works there and she's always so kind and nice and reminds me of the grandma I never had! Loads of fun talking to her about life!

Okay, so this doesn't reflect anything, but the demise of their Bubble Tea...We use to frequent this place over the last 1 1/2yrs., sometimes a few times a week. They recently stopped using ice cream and switched over to some kind of syrup, probably a High Fructose type which changed the taste & I imagine to make more money in the process, it failed...there are a bunch of places with better tea in the vicinity and we wish you the best...

Late night crowd acted very suspicious. Then Hillsboro PD came in looking for someone in the back slot machine area. So, first and last time going there.

Good "Chinese style fast food." Not too expensive and no bells and whistles. Reminds me of eating in the school cafeteria. Yup.

I didn't actually get to eat here, so I was disappointed. I'm writing the review cuz I know I wont be back. Came in at 11pm , no one was here, it was me and 2 sisters. The place looks kinda dirty and not so nice. The lady looked at us and said I'll b with you guys in a few min. We sat there for like 5 min and she never came. I asked her if they had the ice cream cuz they had a sign that said out of order, she said no so we just got up and left. Rude lady, dirty looking place and they didnt even have ice cream.

I would like to say the chicken wings were delicious And the rings were cooked to perfection and also I would recommend the spicy sweet Thai sauce for the wings. I will be Attending the Lucky panda deli more often. Went in around 915 and came out overly full at 10:15. But all I have to say is I would recommend this place for a nice quick meal. And the cook Chris had extremely GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
