Decent food and service. I highly recommend figuring out how to integrate a sign in drive-thru that reminds customers to be curious when merging into a single lane that meets McDonald'sstandards. It seems to be a universal drive-thru problem.

It was Wednesday night Around 6pm . Order my food drove too the first window. Pay for it the guy there was fine. Now the Second Window where it goes from good to bad A bald lady was taking orders ..As I pull up she Said drive to the front. I replied. Well it take longer than 20 min. She rudley replied No its not .. then said something about the guy I was with being ugly. So I pull up . With in Second a 60 pound guy walk out ask me about my order laughing and thinking everything was a.joke weird dude Now back too the bald lady.we where nice when we pulled up we saw her and in our heads we where thinking Hell No let's be nice if that bald lady was with us in our room and we drank a 5 of whiskey and 2 shots of tequila it would be a Hell No to a maybe

This prolonged wait time contradicts the very essence of fast food and suggests a shift towards what could be termed "slow food."As a prominent player in the fast-food industry, it is imperative that McDonald's head office takes proactive measures to address and rectify these operational inefficiencies. This issue appears to be pervasive across multiple locations, indicating a systemic problem that requires immediate attention.I urge McDonald's head office to prioritize the optimization of their operational processes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery at all their outlets. Customer satisfaction and loyalty hinge upon the ability to meet expectations of promptness and convenience, factors which are currently compromised by these persistent delays

Please don't waste your time stopping here. You will be sorely disappointed! Just don't do it. It'll make your children cry... Service is lousy. I find it important and impressive that they hire a diversity of people that is good, but don't put an individual in a position that you know they're going to fall at. Management needs to take a very deep look at this particular branch of McDonald's.... And do a major overhaul!
