With technology pushing to use the kiosks It's sometimes hard to get anyone to help you they will sometimes drop your food, call your number , and walk away.Kid-friendliness: Does have play area.

Was charged for food I did not get and didn't see tell I got home as I went through the drive through I love our side of town so driving back was an inconvenience Shawn the boss as they called him on the phone said I would have to bring the food back to do something but my kids ate in the car so he said policy he can't do anything for me I was calm with him and respect full

This particular McDonalds, Iv never seen it too busy or too over crowded, which I consider a good thing. The womens bathroom, & dinning area, is generally well kept and clean looking. (I have no assessment of the men's bathroom) The staff seems to be too busy most the time, to notice that there are customers in the dinning area. They do not bother you if you do not flag them down at the counter.I met up with a freind there one time and we had alot to talk about!_ we accidentally sat there for 3.5 hrs and nobody said anything about it.Another time_ during the coldest wintery storm this year, I had brought my service dog in with me to get him and i out of the brutal weather conditions. I bought some food, an ice cream cone, n a cup of hot coffee. Although my dog 'Baby' is extremely well mannered, and never made a sound sitting on my feet under the table..45 mins went by before I found out that Service Dogs were not allowed in side McDonalds. And we were kicked out regardless of the winter weather advisory. I remember thinking, how unhunanitarianly thoughtless it was for the employees to decide to uphold the general corporate policy- (that was not specific to Service dogs or regular pets) and completely ignore the fact a serious weather advisory warning of frost bite would indeed put my Service Dog and myself at risk of permanent injury from below freezing temperatures and below freezing forcefully dangerous winds. To the employees of this location I say "Booooo!!" Two frozen thumbs down!

My drive thru orders this week visiting from Seattle, have had an issue each time! One employee should be written up for her horrible service at drive through window! If they care then i should be getting a response and a message from the manager soon about my visits! Otherwise, don't waste your time in going there because they don't know anything about the company they working for, not do they know how to take or put in orders correctly on your receipts!
