Requests for small amount of ingredients were ignored and placed on the wrong half of the pizza. Pizza was not cut through, making it difficult to eat. Pesto was flavorless.Staff performed rushed, even though dining traffic was barely steady
So far, I have ordered two times from this store. First time my order was okay and really loved their pizzas. Second time, I got totally burnt pizzas and breads, which eventually ruined our birthday celebration. Maybe it was one of those instances, however, experiences like this on a special occasion made you think twice before you order the next one.

I ordered for delivery only to find out the delivery was serviced by DoorDash which never goes well. Instead of handing me my food, it was just left ON THE FLOOR of the lobby of the building I live in. I received no calls or texts requesting additional information. I didn't even know the food had been delivered until I checked proactively. Never again. And quite frankly, if I know a restaurant uses DD, I won't order from them and I wish I had known this time. Floor pizza is not what I wanted.

The two ladies who helped me with the order were great, very nice but when it came to the guy who cut the pizza, he was irritated and rude. He made me go back in line for sides of sauce after waiting in line for 10 minutes already. He told me he had the sauce in his section but didn’t want to put them in side containers. I was shocked with his customer service and wish I could take back the tip I left them because he doesn’t deserve it. This is my second encounter with this guy and I haven’t been to mod for months because of the last time he was rude to me.
