Mod pizza is usually very consistent. Today the lady fixing my pizza was careful about adding exactly the amount of items. Like she was counting the bits of sausage and pepperoni. Weird but I guess she was new. 3 people behind the counter all worked hard to keep up. Not really enough room for another person. Overall I'll be back again

As a vegetarian, mod pizza has been a great vegetarian friendly option for me. Unfortunately the first time I visited the Cornell location, I noticed that the person building the pizza was using the same tongs for meat, cheese and veggies for the person in front of me! This was totally unexpected and I stepped out of the place. This has discouraged me from entering any Mod Pizza location ever!

I rarely leave good reviews for anybody. These guys attitudes were extra positive and made you feel good when you walked in.There was confusion about a no name cake redemption and they just threw it in. Above and beyond. Thank you for showing good customer service in a world that has very little.

This location stinks! They have screwed up the last FOUR orders. Obviously, I have given the every chance but I'm done. Wrong toppings on pizzas. Pepperoni added on one when that person cannot eat it. Mega size ordered and charged for but received regular mod size-twice! How difficult is it to read an order. They're not that busy to not pay attention. Ridiculous employees
