I'm not a huge fan of pasta. Most of the time my kids get Mac and cheese at restaurants. I do try the food my kids get at restaurants. I guess in the hopes of being blown away on how good it tastes. In this case the Mac and cheese tastes about the same as other restaurants. My kids liked it. But I wasn't impressed at all. I personally would prefer box Mac and cheese over Noodles and Company any day. But they do serve roughly the same quality as most places.

First time trying noodles and company and I’m not usually one to leave a review let alone a negative one but my god was it bad. I got the pad Thai with shrimp and never again. Basically all the protein (shrimp and eggs) was burnt black and the noodles were mostly undercooked. Eating it it just tasted like burnt. The sauce they use was good but everything else was so nasty. The Mac and cheese is also not any good. I’m not really sure why this place is so popping at this point cause it was really disappointing. Don’t know if I just came on and off day or ordered the wrong thing or if the food really is just not good. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it though to anyone. The taste isn’t there, the quality isn’t there and the price is not matching up with what’s being given out.

Went in late twice and food was just ok. Mac n cheese was super watery and my meal was a little cold. Could use a manager at night to make sure things are clean and done right.

The new recipe for the Mac & cheese is disgusting. Don’t even bother getting it anymore! It’s basically a Mac&cheese soup now. Instead of a creamy delicious delicate Mac & cheese, it’s noodles with a little cheese in a cheese “broth”. Sad.

New review: i wont eat here again. I placed an order to go, and as I was waiting, I saw the front counter person lay a serving tray on top of a tray pf unwrapped/uncovered rice treats, the kitchen person kept wiping his nose on his hands and then continued to cook with his dirty, ungloved hands.Just this one experience has turned me off of this place for good. I can not support a restaurant that serves every single meal in single use plastic bowls. Either wash your bowls, or use paperboard (similar to your drinking cups). We don't need more plastic waste!!!!
I am shocked this place only has 4.2 starts, I honestly think it deserves between a 4.8 or higher. I've been going here ever since I was a little kid and every meal never dissapoints me. Their pasta is so full of flavor and always hot and fresh ready to eat. I do wish they brought the pork back though, I used to get that with my spaghetti instead of meatballs and it was the absolute best thing I could've ever tasted. They are a little pricy if you get add on's and such, but the food is absolutely delicious and worth your time and money

All I gotta say is...wow. I door dashed an order of chicken noodle soup cuz I wasn't feeling very good. I'm rarely impressed and that's especially true with chains but how they managed to make it taste and look as good as the menu photos deserves praise. I made it a point to call the manager and tell them so which he said he will pass on to the crew. I hope he does cuz I will be ordering again for sure. Good job guys!

I went into the noodles & co on cornell in hillsboro oregon with my 2 children under 2 & my mother. The young man that took our order was very nice but we had to wait an hour and a half for our order! They kept taking to go orders and our order kept getting pushed aside. Someone who was there after us got served before us. With no acknowledgement, I went to the counter and asked how much longer & they said they couldnt even find our order and then said ohh theres the ticket. So they werent even working on our order. Keep in mind we only ordered an adult mac with chicken & kids mac. Its difficult to go out to dinner with 2 hungry children & then to have to wait an hour & a half made for super hungry little ones. We wanted to eat in but had to get home and take it to go. Was an awful experience! And to top it off my chicken was burnt!
