I have to say, as excited as I was to finally try this place, I found the food and experience to be very lack luster.First, after making a reservation, we got seating next to a large group with screaming children in the back of the restaurant. I feel like a reservation would warrant better seating. It definitely took away from what was supposed to be a date night.The focaccia bread was probably the worst thing we ate. It was dry, stale, and did not resemble focaccia in any way. It was a dry, dense brick of cardboard. My other issue is that it was served with cold foil wrapped butter. 1. No decent, fine dining establishment should serve butter like this 2. Focaccia should be served with evoo and balsamic for dipping.While the rest of our food was good, it was quite bland. The steak was cooked perfectly, which I was impressed with. However, the fingerling potatoes were way undercooked and had no flavor at all. No herbs, no salt, nothing.Dessert was quite lovely. The key lime pie had a lovely texture and was delicious.Service was okayI had to giggle when chocolate mousse was a “seasonal dessert” offering. Chocolate is not seasonal.Sadly, I would not return as the food just didn’t live up to the price point. The atmosphere is beautiful and intimate and if the food just improved, I could see this place really making a better name for itself.After bringing up this place to friends, they seemed to share the same sentiments. I hope good things for this place as I love to support small businesses over chains anyday

Great ambiance for a date night out. Good selection of meat and seafood dishes. Top notch service. Bartender knew how to make a Paper Plane. $$$ however service, food and atmosphere worthwhile.

The salmon chowder was fresh, well balanced, and just down right amazing. The chicken marsala was also perfectly cooked and extremely flavorful which can't be matched locally so far. We also had the braised beef which was packed with vibrant flavors that made it rich and delightful to the last spoon full. But it wasn't just the food that did it, the entire atmosphere was amazing and I highly suggest visiting them for a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Our interactions with servers took forever and waiting for the bill as well, the food has been pretty bad for us and our family unfortunately. My pasta was extremely bland and just didn't taste good. I'm not usually a picky eater either. Our appetizer being the focaccia was hard and cold :( AND they were out of two of the desserts we were going to order at the end.

The absolutely best braised beef is here. I go almost every week to have their braised beef. The price is reasonable and food are delicious. Shrimp and grits are great too.

Awesome food, great service, good drinks! This place has been consistent the past couple of years. Can get a bit noisy, especially with a number of inebriated clientele, especially on Fridays. Calling for reservations recommended.
