When l went into the restaurant to order food. lt took about 10 minutes before my order was taken because the employees were helping to go orders. I ordered chicken teryaki and they did not tell me until l was checking out that they did not have any teriyaki sauce except for small packages of it. I feel teriyaki sauce is very important part of chicken teriyaki so l was a little perturbed with the situation.

I have been getting take out at this Panda Express for a little over six years now and the food and service is FANTASTIC; not once have they made a mistake on my order. I am VERY pleased with this Panda Express restaurant.Hours HAVE been updated on their website.Parking: Shared parking lot with Fred Meyer, so lots of parking spaces.Also, 4 BRAND NEW “Hyper Fast CCS” 350kW vehicle chargers close by.

I came in during the very busy time on Friday and decided to leave a review for Paige. Despite expected long waits due to it being so crowded she was still multi tasking like crazy. Answering calls, aggressively cleaning all the surfaces and still taking orders correctly with a upbeat attitude. Work ethic and speed like that is a fairly rare thing these days especially in fast food. Really cool to see.

The line was long and the service was generic. As if that weren't enough, my fortune cookie had no fortune. I could forgive everything else but you can't even do fortune cookies properly?

12:25pm - 2/14/2024Wow. I have been coming to this location for the last 3 years and normally service is excellent but today I have left with such a bad experience I am not sure I want to come back.Pros - Food was hot and tasty :)Cons - Everything else. Waited at the window with only one car ahead of me at the window for about 3 or 4 minutes. Not forever but usually indicates they are slammed inside or a new person working. After I order and drive up to the now open window the lady that was working it was incredibly rude and direct full. I went to hand her 9.90 which was the price after the last 2 prices hikes in the last year and she laughed at me and said it was 10.40.I paused because I was confused because they had literally just raised the price about 6 months ago and the lady said "It's 10.40. It's not my problem if you have a problem with that. It's been that way for two months". I paid her and asked for sweet and sour sauce and instead of getting the liquid containers she gave me two little cold packets of sweet and sour. I asked if they weren't giving out the containers anymore and she mumbled something I couldn't hear while shaking her head no and looking like she would rather be anywhere else on the planet.Little things like customer service matter. That was a perfect series of events that leave a bad taste in people's mouths. Hopefully she was just having an off day but I was not getting that vibe.

They aren't preparing enough food for both the online orders and customers who come to the restaurant, so one takes priority over the other, then everything goes downhill, everyday. They don't make any changes to help themselves. Work smarter, not harder.... They are so used being bitter and earning low wages doesn't give anyone a reason to care. They aren't getting paid to care, and I suppose it's a reflection of their management. The quality of the food is rarely an issue, it's that they aren't accurate when assembling orders and they ignore special requests. That's what happens when your staff is complacent

Waited awhile to be served, however it was worth the wait. Page helped us and she was amazing. She had a great smile and an amazing attitude. We were so impressed with her professionalism. Thank you

Thank you for an entire night of hell. I only eat dinner 90% of the time and yesterday I only had their shrimp and orange chicken. Same as always. 12 hrs later and I have to call in sick because I’m still so messed up. Worst food poisoning I think I’ve ever had. Had to get up id say every 5-10 minutes last night and this morning we are about 30 min in between. Won’t eat there again.

They prioritize online orders even though there is over 40 people in line in the restaurant. They don't take orders till all online orders were fulfilled and thats what the manager on shift told them to do. I rarely give negative reviews but waiting in line for half an hour and only moving up 4 people it kinda

I love the orange chicken with Chowmein bowl option and the Fried rice with Honey walnut Shrimp. The service is pretty quick. I would definitely go back specially after late hours work.
