Customer service was amazing. Trevor was a real MVP when it came to helping me with my order that a 3rd party driver messed up. Went above and beyond to fix it. 10/10 would order from this location again.
Who doesn't like Papa Murphy's I mean come on love the staff here they even made a Mediterranean salad for me .

My experience for my pick up oder was not a good one. The girl at counter yelled at everyone who came in. They don't care about yelling people's personal information across the whole store. I ran out embarrassed and didn't check the pizzas before I got home. The pizza were incorrect and poorly made. I filled out two surveys, and was asked if someone could reach out to me. Papa Murphy's customer service sent me the most generic email they could have. They didn't even use my name in the email. Honestly the whole experience sucked. Would not recommend this establishment/location.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the smell is really bad. I thought it was the dude in front of me, and I was silently judging him for being a grimy unwashed neckbeard. It's most likely some sewage backup or something rotting in some crevice behind a fridge somewhere.Also, maybe I am a dumb caveman, but transferring the uncooked, loaded pizza onto an oven rack was an absolute nightmare. Is there a special way to do it? Maybe coat the paper pans with flour so the dough doesn't stick when transferring the pizza?Anyways. The ingredients smell fresh and good. Hopefully the pizza is good.

Perhaps this location is under new management, but I did not experience the same service and atmosphere (smell) as the 1-star reviews might suggest. The team (who seemed fairly new/inexperienced) was very friendly with good attention to detail. The young manager made a fantastic pie and it is by far the best I've ever received at any Papa murphy's location. Very seldom do I take the time to write a review for anything, but this team/location deserves 5-stars!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The customer service was fantastic. My husband and I are very particular about our food and they delivered!!!!!!
Terrible service. No respect for the customer. We ordered on the app and my mother picked up the items. They did not give her the desert and made the pizza incorrectly. When we called to have the correct the mistake we asked if we needed to bring the incorrectly made pizza back… the employees response was “yeah if it means that much to you.” Umm, yeah it does because we paid for it dude!

Moved to the tanasbourne area just recently and love Papa Murphy’s pizza. I ordered a pizza and walked in and the smell of something that smelled like a rotting meat mixed with a port o potty sitting in the sun on a 100° day! It hit me like a brick in the face, it was that bad. I’m not trying to be rude but by reading all these reviews, I hope that this situation is rectified. Idk how it hasn’t yet with these reviews. Every time I drive by this location, it’s not Papa Murphys…it’s Poopoo Murphy’s!
