Baristas here are rude as hell. They always get the orders wrong (ONLINE ORDERS! They are reading these orders online so its not a verbal miscommunication) it's annoying because i like to get coffee/tea before work and if they cant read simple directions on order it makes it very difficult to tet to work on time.I can understand making mistakes, being busy, and trainees making mistakes but what rubs me the wrong way is they are rude, roll their eyes if you ask them to fix their mistake. I am sorry to say but if you cant read a label and make a drink at least dont be an ahole about it.This most recent time it was the barista with long hair medium brown color. After going through some reviews i see many of the baristas have a habit of rolling eyes at customers. Really toxic and disgusting behavior. You should not hage contempt for people who patronize your work.

Great staff and the options for the high maintenance eaters amongst us, a hidden gift on a tired Monday morning. Be sure to ask as some of the options are unlabeled and you'll miss out on things like the warm hug of a brownie.

I've only ordered at this location 5 times in the last two weeks and 3/5 times they have gotten it wrong. At least they catch it before hand but I don't understand what is so complicated about my drink to consistently mess it up. There's two girls here who are so sweet and down to earth and everyone else I've come across is the complete opposite. Just remember that the cafe is not very big and facial expressions/ conversations are easily heard and observed.
