Sunday 9:03pm , open sign on and restaurant hours posted closing at 9:30 , there’s wasn’t any people inside and was told they are already closed although posted hours show closing at 9:30 on the doors and they wouldn’t even offer to go orders, wow . Won’t be back !

Ordered 3 Bánh mi beef sandwiches, unfortunately they tasted heavily like fish and I don’t mean fish sauce either. Could not get past the porky fishy taste. All sandwiches tasted the same. Will not order from there

I ordered to-go. There was only one lady that I could see working. She did great attending seated guests and myself. She prepared my food and had it ready at a reasonable time. The food tasted amazing. Thank you so much!

This place delivers an authentic Vietnamese culinary experience that stands out in its commitment to traditional flavors and techniques. From the very first sip, their pho broth strikes a perfect balance between rich, aromatic, and delicately spiced, enveloping tender slices of meat and fresh noodles in a comforting embrace. Unlike many establishments that cater to Western palates, Pho Saigon's menu shines with dishes that are genuine and unapologetically Vietnamese.

24/1/12 been a while since we've been here. We both ordered pho soup (bbq pork & shrimp) great lunch options - very yummy and satisfying. Looking forward to trying other menu items.

This is my favorite restaurant that I have been coming to many times already for years with my husband. I love the Vermicelli Bowl and have had many different kinds, but this one is so good that I almost always end up going for this one even though I have tried many different kinds.? But I am always satisfied with the taste. They used to not have a lunch break, but they are going to have a break for a while on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday from 3pm to 5pm.

The only place I know that serves lemongrass beef Banh mi in Portland. Simple strip mall when inside they have seating but maybe more of a to go place. The lemongrass was super tender decent seasoning. It has some heat with fresh carrots and cucumbers lots of cilantro. Friendly service with a smile sit where they might want you to sit. Greeted the other customers as they left both parties were satisfied. Over great little spot I come here for the lemongrass beef! Banh mi. Amazed by the thick tender beef in the banh mi the person behind the counter said they pay more to have this particular tender beef. They also have vermicelli dishes, rice and pho. I will be back again for the beef lemongrass banh mi, if life allows!

Service was terrible, waiter forgot drinks and part of our order, even after he was reminded. Waited 45 minutes for food while others who came later were halfway through their meal. Having visited Vietnam several times this food was disappointing, not nearly as good as other Vietnamese restaurants in the area, and certainly not the taste of Saigon. If you are looking for authentic and good food this is not the place. Even their Ban Mi was a disappointment, it also took 45 minutes to prepare.
