Placed an order and they said they don’t accept orders after 10 pm and it gets automatically cancelled and they tried calling me about a cancelled order. So why keep the store open until 12 AM if you’re not accepting orders. So bizarre

I ordered pizza last week and it was decent , but today I used my free pizza I received with my last order and picked up a hand tossed chicken and pineapple with light sauce (I hate pizza sauce) and it was horrible.I did a contactless curbside because I was headed to Hillsboro to get my nephew from preschool. First off I want to say this location has no place to park for the curbside pickup. Also I had to call and the woman who answered didn't even see my order at first. Because I had to pull up behind parked cars while she ran the pizza to me I was unable to check it before I left.I had ordered the pizza and hour earlier and set the pickup time. It was 3pm so not during the rush of dinner or anything. The pizza did not have light sauce, it was overcooked and look and tasted gross. Waste of my time and my free pizza

Our food was pushed to DoorDash because of how busy they were, the food was delivered cold, however I called the store and Sarah totally fixed us up with an order replacement free of charge and with our choice of Soda thrown on! (Also free!) I will definitely order again, thank you again Sarah!

I had an excellent experience, particularly because of the outstanding service provided by Steven on the night of January 30, 2023. From the moment I arrived to pick up my order, Steven was there at the counter greeting me, making sure that every detail of my order was accurate. But what truly set this experience apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. Despite the busy environment, Steven took the initiative to help me carry my large order all the way to my car. This kind of service is not something you see every day, and it made a significant impact on me. Thank you, Pizza Hut, and a huge thank you to Steven for making my visit so pleasant!
Boycott this pizza hut! The current manager only has the job because he's best friends with his boss. He treats the employees atrociously! A pregnant female employee was told to get back to work and to stop using her pregnancy as an excuse after she passed out. Another one was expected to finish his shift, with no offer of medical attention, after burning his hand badly with hot oil. This is why the customer service and the food sucks. -100 stars!
