I enjoyed a smoothy today at Rush Bowl. It was a tasty blend of fresh fruit ingredients that kept me full and satisfied for hours. The staff person was knowledgable and kind. There were plenty of options to choose from and I will definitely go back again.
I love coming here after the gym, or when I've had a busy day working from home. I always create my own and add a little extra protein to it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I rarely eat sugar, so these bowls are perfect if you're hungry and also want something sweet.
