Very popular on the weekends. Long lines at the drive-through, which means long waits for walk in orders. 5 to 15 minutes. This particular visit, they had multiple large takeout orders called in at the same time, stretching the wait to well over 20 minutes. I didn't set a timer, but believe it was over 30 minutes. That's way too long.I understand they have to prioritize drive through to prevent the line from blocking the street, but we are going to another location for our weekend coffee from now on.

Not a single person I saw was wearing a mask as we continue through the pandemic. ? Horrible. I might even get sick from my drink as it was prepared by people that could have breathed viruses into it. Yuck!

They need to get their drive thru screen fixed so customers can verify what they type an order in as. Too many times my order has been messed up because they don't repeat orders and the screen doesn't show what they input.

The young lady that was working that night (sorry don’t know her name) was so delightful and considerate. We had my godson with us and she went above and beyond in making him feel welcome. That location in the evening has consistently been welcoming and pleasant.

Our family enjoys this Starbucks as our go-to spot for meeting up for cold-brew and/or breakfast. The customer service is fantastic. Only complaint is if/when another regular is there listening to something on her laptop without headphones. This is very distracting (not to mention disrespectful of others) and disturbs the ambiance ?Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids love visiting for a vanilla steamer, egg bites, oatmeal, or cake popsParking: Dedicated parking inside a larger parking lotDietary restrictions: Dairy-free options for beverages

This is my favorite Starbucks. Now, granted, I haven't been to many but the people here are always working SO hard. This is a very popular location so I would put in your order through the app in advance if you don't want to wait. I've waited as long as half an hour. Their drinks are always so good tho and they have yet to mess anything up for me so I keep coming back. A very focused and very friendly team. I wish I could name all of the ones that stand out to me but unfortunately I don't know their names. They're amazing though!

The employees really need to greet and have better behavior, got a tall caramel Frappuccino and it was literally half empty, never coming to this Starbucks.

I use drive through in the morning, and the people are always friendly and cheerful, even at 6am. I order a simple standard Venti Mocha, which is supposed to come with whipped cream. I don't know what has happened over the last several months, but it's rare that I get anything resembling the Mochas of the past with nice generous amounts of whipped cream. This morning, it honestly looked like a no-foam latte. I get the drink, I pull into a parking spot, and remove the lid to grab some whipped cream, and it has either all melted in 20 seconds, or they just don't put any on. If this was once in a while, it would be fine. I've even tried to order the drink by saying "with whip" - just to see if it made any difference. It's funny because they pile it into the dome cups if you order an iced one.Update: A day after I wrote the review, the "owner" replies with their standard blanket statement. I guess the cut-copy-paste standard reponse is good for most of their complaints. This implies that they are not going to do anything about it, and that every single day this happens, I should turn around and go back into the store and ask them to remake the drink. The link they provide just goes to their starbucks customer service portal. Been there, done that, didn't help.

Not impressed. A 16-oz Americano coffee was OK but overpriced (as always) and my "burrito" was about half-filled, all the rest empty, floppy white-flour tort. And the service is weird: they won't even touch your personal (Starbucks) mug, much less refill it, instead insisting that I put it inside one of their clean ceramic mugs to move it around behind the counter. After all these years I still consider Starbucks an overpriced consumer fad for people who value image over quality.
