This company and its policies are completely worthless. Do not use Starbucks at any location. They are unhuman and against your rights and freedoms.

This is the worst Starbucks in the neighborhood. Starting with the ordering of the drinks, I'd appreciate extra attentiveness. Often times, my drink isn't made correctly due to the barista not hearing my order correctly at the order screen. For some reason, they have challenges making an Iced White Chocolate Mocha correctly. I stopped going for a while and decided to go a few times over the last few weeks. They consistently make the drink too milky and expect a tip before I'm even able to see or taste my drink. You have to order the breakfast sandwiches "toasted, open-face" to ensure it isn't frozen in the middle. For the price you pay for their food and drinks, you'd expect for them to get it right every time. The other two Starbucks in the vicinity seem to take more care when making drinks and food. I think the baristas can slow down a bit to make sure they get the drinks correct, especially when requiring a tip screen in the drive thru.

This location actually deserves all 5 star their Strawberry lemonade frozen blending was delicious of course and enjoy it and Thank you to the cashier who was respectful and helpful ? I will be back again.

I was having such a rough morning and running late and on top of that I ordered my drink to the wrong location and jade was super kind and made me the drink so I didn’t have to make myself even later to work. She also made sure I got my cake pop even though it was one of the last ones. Those small things are what turn bad days around! Thank you

Standard Starbucks store. Service was friendly, prompt and busy. Coffee was standard nothing special. As always I had to sell an organ to afford it though.

I normally don't write reviews on Starbucks, as I've averaged spending $250/month on Starbucks in many different states and countriesSince moving here 2 months ago, this has been the closest Starbucks to me and every single time it disappoints the 5+ times we have been that we will now avoid.To start, they simply do not know how to make their drinks. Every single time I order a brown sugar shaken espresso, it literally just tastes like milk with a hint of of espresso, but burnt. I've ordered this drink hundreds of times from other Starbucks, and this one has never made it right once. This is consistent with every single drink we have tried.Also, the drive-thru takes literally 20 minutes with just 5 cars in front and it feels like everything is slow motion/consistently understaffed. They have also never honored any of our Starbucks promos such as fall 2 for 1 drinks through September and I literally just got charged an extra 60 cents for asking for half water and half lemonade with my strawberry açaí tea, which literally just reinforces that the staff here does not know what they are doing. I didn't even correct them because it's not worth my time and effort I'm just completely done giving this place a chance.Avoid this Starbucks at all cost!

The line always goes by quickly in drive thru. The girl that helps me always treats me so kindly. Drinks taste great and they are never made wrong. Sweet staff that is patient and willing to give recommendations. Love this Starbucks!

Literally the worst Starbucks I've been to. Waited at the microphone for 2 minutes with no one else in line. Got to the window and paid for my drink. A minute later Sonya comes back and tries to charge me again. I tell her I've already paid and that wasn't my total anyway. A minute later she tries to hand me food. I didn't order food. A minute later she comes back and says "oh yeah, sorry, we're out of oat milk, can I make it with regular?" No, you can't, you can just give me my money back. Ridiculous.

Atmosphere is friendly. I got a tall drink lots of ice lol and didn’t have the option to change it to less ice. Feels like the drink finished fast. Pesto sandwich was good.
