I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I can't anymore. First off I am a huge coffee fan and go to Starbucks often. I know when their drinks are made well and every time I go to this location I am always disappointed. The espresso is almost always burnt and their drinks are filled with ice and milk. Their cold brew is not as strong as other Starbucks and it is often too watered down. I read the fine print in various promotions and have had the app for years but even then they still would not honor it. This Starbucks is an a really good location so it is sad that I have not had one positive experience. I will avoid this Starbucks from now on.
I switched to this Starbucks because my previous regular Starbucks didn't keep their posted hours. The service here is very good and the employees are friendly. If they would sweep their floors they'd be perfect.
