"Temp. Closed?" Wish this was "Perm. Closed." What an absolute waste of Main Street store frontage: Lowest common denominator sandwiches on breadlike substance served in the fast-food ambience that time forgot. If Downtown Hillsboro can kill a Starbucks, I have high hopes that the cart pods and Collective Market can bury this '90s relic with some pogs, a Tamagotchi and a B*Witched CD.

I ordered a sandwich with a sub and two cookies, fill my cup with ice and sprite only to find a bunch of dirt and particles floating around the drink. Showed the employee and asked for a bottled sprite instead and he seemed liked he knew that was happening based on his reaction, hopefully not. Also my two cookies were so hard and stale, it really sucks because this locations is closest to me but I wasted my money and won’t be going back.

Extremely sloppily made and not even cut sandwich. Unfortunately I ordered online through a delivery app so I couldn't see how they made it but this could not have happened in transit. Looks like they just shoved everything in there angrily. Preparation took quite a while according to the delivery app so I don't know why it looks so rushed. Tastes fine but disappointed in how messy it is.

Up the street from where I work . I was surprised there was a lady there making like 25 sandwiches for a online order , guy waiting to pick up , and a long line of people . No one else was there to help her . Waited over half my lunch hour in line . The sandwich was good but , it was cold by the time I was able to eat it .

Nice young gentleman named Max was very kind and polite, he deserves a raise. I am 78 years old. He did a great job of making conversation. He deserves a promotion. His sammich was fire

I'm sorry to say I have to downgrade my review. Four years ago I gave it 5 stars. But the past three times I've gone to this Subway, there's an older lady who is rude to everyone.Right as you walk in the door with a smile on your face, you can catch the rude vibe from her, like she'd rather you weren't there.I have the feeling she's the owner. Either way, my family doesn't go here anymore.

Rude owner. I'm an uber driver. It's required that the tamper-safe stickers are placed on takeout bags or stapled shut. They gave me a completely open bag and when I called to inform them they hung up on me.

The store itself is fine. It's a subway and you get what you expect from a subway. The employees are always pretty nice and do the job well. Try to avoid going in when the owner is working though. She's very impatient and kind of rude.

There is an older lady, with short hair. Not sure what her name is. Her attitude towards the customers is horrible! She was being rude to the customer in front of me because he wasn’t able to know the difference between wheat and grain. If a customer doesn’t understand, I think it would be be best if you explain it to them, BUT IN A NICE WAY. I’ve been here several times and her attitude only has gotten worse. I hate writing negative reviews, but I felt horrible to ignore and not say anything when someone gets treated bad because of their accent, ethnicity, or not knowing a certain thing.

Over the better part of a year, I went to this Subway on a weekly basis with my son. He had some classes nearby, and it was a convenient place to grab a quick dinner between his lessons. The sandwiches are "okay", never had a totally bad experience in that regard. But the real notable thing about this Subway over others is the remarkably unpleasant owner. Over the course of a year, I saw her repeatedly treat customers like they were imposing on her by asking for sandwiches. Also, I always felt terrible for the endless revolving door of young employees that she would verbally abuse openly. After going here for almost a year, she actually started being a little more pleasant to us, maybe because she realized we were a source of repeated business, I don't know. So my advice to you is either go to this Subway every week for about a year so that you can begin to have a marginally pleasant experience, or get a sandwich somewhere else.

I've just never been a fan of this particular store. I've seen the owner publicly reprimand her very young impressionable employees in front of a dining room full of customers.
