Check your food…it might come with a strand of hair…I won’t be coming here again. ??

It's a 50/50 if you ask for a sweet tea and it's unsweet but everything else is pretty okay

This location no matter how many times I ask for it will always forget the sauce packets.Even Going through drive thru and they ask if I would like any sauce they still forget. I've been going here for years and their standards keep dropping. Way over priced if you are using uber eats or any other delivery service.

It was great to visit this Long John Silver place after 12 years. The food options have changed, but there are not many options. The menu shrunk. I am assuming to accommodate the Taco Bell menu. The restaurant was kind of drab and dark on the inside. The customer service needs to improve. It's sad to visit a place and your service is not the same.

First start by saying me and my uncle drove up to see if Long John Silvers had their menu up and nope had to go inside, looking to find out that it's on the right side ? since both saw taco advertising there's more than Long John Silvers so we basically order what we want and the good was delicious. The only problem is Long John Silvers has no advertising that's damn shame.

Always, always confirm and inspect your food before driving away. Been here several times, and my order has been wrong every single time, from incorrect items to completely missing items. Drink is usually the wrong soda. The most incorrect order experience was our most recent visit, when over half our items were incorrect. No one else was in the drive through, and the dining room was closed. So we didn't get someone else's order. I don't understand how the staff hasn't been coached or trained on this given other reviews indicate these mistakes are regular occurrences.

This location does not understand the words "no" or "extra" as the rest of the English speaking world does. Instead, "no" means, make it normal, and "extra" anything means, charge the customer more money and make it normal. I blame myself for not inspecting my food before leaving as I should know by now that this is your M. O. See photo for, "no lettuce"

All of the tacos we ordered had practically no meat on them, chalupa shells were stale, and our order was missing items (a whole Crunchwrap) we didn’t realize until we got home. By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I feel like you need to go out of your way to mess up this bad. Can’t imagine being this bad at my job. DO NOT go to this location

Save your money. This location's prices are inflated way higher than any other taco bell in the area. The portions are smaller too.

Taco Bell has always been the best place to get a late-night snack. Back in the day, a big bag of tacos on your way home after a night of dancing at the club was a common occurrence. And It hit the spot. Now I eat at Taco Bell about twice a year because it is out of the way. I stopped by last Sat. For a quick bite. I enjoyed a Mexican pizza. Boy, do I miss those! I may need to visit Taco Bell more often. This location is always on point. Clean! Great customer service and always with a smile. Friendly, fast, and polite.

these people DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT DISABLED MEANS 1000000% so disrespectful. i didn’t realize that if i ORDER IN THE DRIVE-THRU i would be REQUIRED to enter the lobby. i explained that i was hurt/disabled at the time and i got a very nice “well that sucks but you are required to enter the lobby” after explaining i was hurt. LOVE THAT FOR THE DISABLED !!!Wheelchair accessibility: they do not understand disability.
