Thirsty Lion is my favorite restaurant in Hillsboro. I go for brunch most weekends as they have an excellent brunch menu. Mikyla is one of their best servers and I always ask for her at brunch. All the servers are attentive and friendly.I recommend the edamame or pretzel for an appetizer, and the bread pudding for desert. You can’t go wrong with any entree but my favorite is the Caesar salad with salmon and my husband loves the French dip.

Make sure you give your customers their ORDERS CORRECTLY. You want to shut the bags with staples but can’t confirm your order? Let me see the bag then so I can confirm it for you since you don’t know how to do your job. I had to wait to get home to find out you missed half the order. Sure you gave me a refund but what about the hunger I had to go through thanks to no confirming an order…. I don’t want your complimentary French dip anymore you can eat it. Just assign someone to deliver the pick-ups the right way please. It’s annoying, especially when yall charge 19$ for some bread with fried steak

Always a great visit. Whether you're solo or with friends or family, this is a fantastic spot. The wait staff is always on point, and they serve delicious food. We went on St. Patrick's Day this time around, and we were greeted by some servers who know us well. The seasonal menu was superb, and the Irish Coffee strong. Always recommended!

Luis A G was our server last night when we came in and he was awesome! I saw him running back and forth making sure everyone got their food in a timely manner. It was super busy and our food still came out timely and was super delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

I was part of a group of several families that made reservations here at the same time on a Saturday night and they accommodated us and seated us to together. Service was great, food was top notch and the vibe was perfect for our group including teens. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
My family and I dine quite frequently at this location. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is fun and light. Sergio is our favorite server and makes the whole experience worth coming back each time.
The best meat mela I ate in this place, it's a shame I didn't take a photo. But the meat melted in my mouth, the knowledge, spectacular. And the dessert wooou, ice cream

This is a happening place! It's super busy everytime I go but the service is timely. I visit everytime I am in Portland.Food is excellent! I had the fish Tacis. Margaritas and Mohitos are my favourite. Hot totties are to be revered also.Service is also excellent. Can wait for next time.
