When we got there it wasn't busy at all. We Waited over 25 minutes and finally went to ask where our food was. Then they couldn't find our order and then said it would be another 10 minutes or so. Cancelled our order and it took multiple employees to try and get our money back. No apology or care that we were not taken care of.

Paid $100 on an ordered of 4 combos, paid extra for flats and veggies. Didn't get our veggies and the chicken tasted rotten or freezer burnt. Threw the whole order away! Total waste of money and now I have cook dinner.

We thought to have some wings and save us a night of making dinner. The wait time was 43-48 minutes which wasn't too bad so we ordered and decided to run some other errands in the area. After 45 minutes, our order was not ready so we waited for a while more. The next time we asked if it be ready soon we were told it would be ANOTHER 20 minutes. The total wait time was close to 100 minutes and the communication was just not there. If the restaurant is so behind they should have turned off online and mobile ordering. I'd have gone somewhere else if I knew I'd be wasting my time sitting there with a bunch of other people hoping and wishing my order was next.

They have great lemon pepper wings, fries, and the ranch is very good. The customer service was also good, though the workers in the back seemed do be short staffed. I got my order to go, it took nearly 30 mins. While waiting I noticed with the amount of volume and traffic they are getting on weekends. They should try to make a better effort to clean floors, beverage bar, and tables. However, I digress my food was hot, fresh, very tasty. I will return.

Online order was 20 minutes late. Staff did not care and front person was rude and juvenile. When asked who his boss was he pointed to a name on the front door. I did get an apology from the young lady who came from the rear of the store.
i ordered 30 bonlesswings and got 18 instead of 30 wings.

If i could give 0 stars i would.We ordered Uber eats from this location yesterday evening and now my whole family has food poisoning. My husband hasn’t been able to keep anything down since midnight last night and is just about to go into a walk in clinic now.we will never eat here again and you shouldn’t either.
