Authentic food. Very popular with the locals. Chips and salsa were delicious. Entree was good too; not an overwhelming portion size.

We ADORE El Puerto De Angeles! Our fave Mexican restaurant in Hood River. Food is amazing - flavorful and spicy (unlike some places that seem to cater to people with bland palates). Great options, great specials. Never a long wait to sit. Incredible salsa (which I think is home made and we buy from them to take home). Outside seating is lovely on a nice day. Staff are friendly and helpful. If they ever closed, I might have to move.Vegetarian options: They have a whole section of vegetarian options and all of them are tasty!
