My wife, my sister-in-law, her husband and myself came in to do grocery shopping...everything was fine until we went to check out. At check out, we were told by an older Asian employee that as of April 21st that we weren’t allowed to use our own bags but yet nowhere in the store or on the doors does it say we cannot use them. What I find funny is that Safeway is trying to practice social distancing yet that same employee couldn’t keep her hands off my PREGNANT wife trying to shove her away....all I have to say is next time either of us are touched by an employee, Safeway WILL be sued. By the way....signs need to be posted if you don’t want customers to utilize their own bags

Delivery is a hot mess and customer service is lacking. Transferred to the Hermiston store (neither of us could figure out why). Nathan was helpful within the limited capacity that he could be... paid a delivery fee for one that never happened. They couldn't make it happen within the four hour window at the opposite end of the day? So... did that 3rd party delivery person run off with the groceries that I paid for? ... get it together, oh and inform your employees so they can do something other than transfer the caller unwittingly to a store in another part of the state that doesn't even have the service in question yet. Fail management, you get what you pay for I guess. Should have gone with the competition and settled for curbside pickup. Less headache for sure.
