This food truck in Hubbard, tucked behind a gas station, has great tacos! They have lots of other stuff too but the tacos are exemplary. I get the spicy chicken tacos. They have a small seating area but it's a better spot for takeout. We call ahead - it's super convenient as it's right on 99E.
