They told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour for delivery and it took 2 hours!! The pizza was overdone and the staff was rude. I've been in this community for 23 years and I will never order from Mendi's again! You should be ashamed of yourselves Mendi's!!

Best pizza in Independence service is great, food is amazing and the atmosphere just feels great. Keep it up mendies, and the bread sticks are the best thing ever especially with pizza
Mendi's is probably suffering like all businesses. The tables were sticky. The video games didn't work. The bathrooms were horrendously dirty and out of paper towels. Luckily the pizza is still very good. All the bad things can be corrected with some positive management.

Service was excellent, pizza was awful. We got the Full House and it reminded me of a frozen pizza from the grocery store. It was so flavorless and bland, I had to salt it. Though that wasn't the greatest idea, as it brought out the flavor of the meat which was not great. The crust was thin and too crunchy for my taste. The homemade ranch was nothing special. The only positive was the green peppers seemed fresh. I will not be back.

I can finally give them 5 stars. I had to take a break from Mendis for a while because I got incredibly twice because things were undercooked. But I decided to start going back recently and so far it's been better than it ever has before. I only get the one now, my partner gets something else on DnD nights. But it's the best end to my week.I love Mendis. My partner and I go here every Friday before our game night. I look forward to the same pizza we get every week. However, every single time we've gotten Mendis they have messed up our order without fail. Wrong crust, wrong dressing, missing toppings, things like that. Is it still great? Yes. Is it slightly frustrating? A little. Am I going to continue to eat there every week for our game night? Absolutely. Even with the small disappointments. So far they've only gotten our order right once. Some day. But until then it's staying at 4 stars

I went in to try the pizza, however nobody seemed to want to take my order even though I was clearly seen, so after standing around for minutes I just walked out. The customer service here is terrible.

They have vegan cheese! Manager said crust and sauce are vegan as well. Very good pizza, best around. Staff is kind and was very helpful with their menu. Lots of indoor seating. Will be back!

Pizza is OK but the customer service blows sometimes I’m guessing when the owners aren't there the kids that are running the shop decided that it’s cool to close up early...as it happens I work later so when I come home looing for dinner and don't wanna cook I often try Mendies...closed again tonight at 8:27 because they didn’t wanna hang out. Your reviews are dropping Mindys.
