Tamales were burnt. Do not honor their business hours. Have ask for napkin, utensils, and salsas individually.

******************** honestly never left a review before today, My job brought me to Jefferson today, i asked a guy at the gas station if there was anything good to eat here, he told me La Espiga was decent. worst place ive been to.. I spent $10.95 on a "Super burrito" with el pastor. at least i thought i did cuz there was nothing super about this burrito at all, nor did it have Pastor... This was a small burrito with barely any meat, and the meat that i found was not what i ordered. And to top it all off i am currently crapping my brains out right now.. i couldn't be anymore serious when i tell you that i get better service at McDonalds .. This has been my first and last time eating anything in Jefferson. im 26 years old and ive never been this ripped off in my life, and i got a bitter baby momma with her hands in my pockets...

No flavor at all. Got a bean and cheese burrito and it was so bad. Love the place I ate there for a long time but recently it’s just been bad:/

Service was decent . Flavors of food were awful , no seasonings! guacamole is absolutely disgusting!!!!! I would rather eat Taco Bell . If you like stale bland flavorless food . Then go here ! Not worth my money .

My siblings' weekly lunch spot. Great value for the meals, interesting selection of bakery items.

It just doesn’t get more authentic than this, at least in the US! I have lost track of how many friends I have recommended this place to, and none of them have complained! This place is well worth a short detour off of I5!

I love the food and the people who work here. They are always friendly and easy to talk to. The only thing I wish they would do differently is changing their payment system. I rarely have cash on me and I want to tip them. It would be great if I could tip from my card when I make a purchase.

Oh what a place! Lengua and cabeza! Inflation hasn’t hit here seems like for decades?

Been my favorite place for years. I go there probably 5-6 times a month and have never be anything but happy.
