Adorable bakery with local grains, flours, pastry for sale. The 1888 schoolhouse next door was saved by the owners and brought onsite for preservation. The inside is original and open for enjoying your purchases and special events.
I go to this bakery primarily to buy the wonderful flour that is locally grown and milled. I get it for bread baking. But I always treat myself to a cookie, or roll or get a biscuit for my dog. I seem to always arrive in the late afternoon when the soup has run out but the kitchen smells lovely of baking bread and vegetables roasting for the next day's soup.This is a small bakery with a limited number of baked goods for sale, but it's all been good.
