Unwelcoming atmosphere, the staff doesn’t greet you when you pull to the window. Once you get your order they shut the window before you can ask for anything like straws or napkins.

Lack of training and inexperience is no excuse for poor customer service. Terrible Baristas here, save your time and money and go to the Starbucks in the Safeway where they don't feel entitled.

For a simple cup of brewed coffee you have to wait in line with everyone getting fancy coffees prepared by a barista. Ot took 15 minutes to get a simple coffee! At every other Starbucks I've been to, a brewed coffee is provided immediately. And you add your own cream and sugar. Not here. Worst Starbucks service I've ever had.

How magnificent it was. Two strangers walk into an unsuspecting coffee shop. Really, Darling, there was very little danger. Perhaps a stray mocha run amok. Or a salmon cake pop mysteriously arriving in the Winter snow. The Dear Young Ladies who took and prepared our order went above and beyond in preparing our strange brew. I for one will never forget. I do hope a raise your way comes your way
