I'm a pretty easy going old fellow, but one has his limits. I just received my third delivery order from Abby's. Being paraplegic, it's just easier sometimes to let someone else do the driving. Well, I guess three times is not a charm, the first two orders, they messed up, I didn't call and complain or say anything. But with this third order also being wrong, I just give up. I just don't understand it... Order A., B., and C. off the web menu (read: a printed black and white order), receive A., B., and R! And B is burnt. In this day of $60 pizzas, I would think things should be, at least, double checked before it goes out the door. I guess it's just easier to deliver inaccurate or sub-standard food if you don't have to look the buyer in the eye. Having worked in the food/drink industry in my youth, I always appreciate a good tip, so I always make sure to tip well, even though it's a bit odd to tip at order, and I've done it there every time. I'm going to quit that practice and only tip at my door, after examining what was delivered. But it won't be an Abby's pizza as I am parting ways with this restaurant and deleting them from speed-dial.. Is it just the Keizer store? I recently made the same Abby's order in Newport Oregon and had it delivered to my hotel, the delivered order was fast and spot on! So long, Abby's, it's been a good multi-decade ride, what happened to you?

We had a pizza delivered and never had a problem before but this time I was very disappointed.. We ordered a salad and we can see the bottom, it was like a small plate of salad for one and paid $8.00. And no tomatoes on my pizza and we spent $56.92 with delivery, so I called right back after the delivery and talk to the lady that said she made the salad and get the pizza ready for delivery and she said she would refund some of the money half of the pizza and for the salad but nothing was refunded but that not the worst of it my phone is blocked from calling abbys again. I tried and tried but it keeps ring and ring and nothing.. Not happy at all..

This is one of our favorite places to go for pizza. Unfortunately during our last visit, our pizza was burnt. When a pizza is burnt, it 100% takes away from the flavor. We also ordered salad, but this tasted straight out of a bag 'quality'.We will give them another try for pizza, but not order salad.

Been here a handful of times over the last 3 months and the food has been great each time. Even on my last order when the staff was clearly shorthanded at the time, the pizza I recieved was made well.
Amazing service!!! We tried booking a party at Pietros pizza they where so rude we decided to call Abby’s and they where super nice , they asked if we needed help with anything for the party , we had a group of 44 people and they made all our food super fast and fresh ! It was delicious! No pressure to leave ! Great customer service!! Will definitely be back !! Thank you for your amazing teamKid-friendliness: We had A lot of kids at our booking party and they treated us with a lot of respect
