They delivered to the wrong house the first time. I have since put instructions to make finding our place even easier. Also, as a brand new subscriber when we had to switch the day for our food delivery, figuring that out was not so straightforward on the website. And when I called for assistance, we were told we could possibly be reimbursed for it if I emailed customer service. I didn't get a reply and we didn't get reimbursed, which is fine.
