I don't understand why a person would come up to you asking what you want without you even looking at the menu, in the drive through, when there is no line. Sandwich was just okay. Fries were good!

Ordered breakfast. Got home bacon egg cheese biscuit I PAID for NOT in bag. Tried calling restaurant put on hold over 5 minutes and nobody answered the phone. I want a refund.

The 2 ladies that work the breakfast shift most weekdays around 730-8. Are amazing they always great me nicely and make sure my order is always up to par. They go above and beyond the store director should give them a raise. Their efforts are what bring me back to this specific Chik fil a. Even though I live right by the one on Kuebler by Constco.
