“We love this place. Manny and Laura are so kind and their food is delicious! They add nice extra touches such as sliced ginger..YUM!! There is also many vegetarian options which is much appreciated. My favorites are the avacado and spring rolls, and the tempura vegetables. We eat here at least once a week. They have smaller options for lunch, and larger choices for dinner. “Came on a Monday, when he doesn't have his barbequed meats. Still entirely worth the trip, as the sides (collard greens, corn bread, mac and cheese) alone were worth the trip. The mac and cheese in particular (new recipe) is superb. Add a well fried chicken, and a great dinner was had.“

“If you are looking for some great Mexican food I highly recommend this taco truck. It is hidden pretty well but once you find it I'm sure you will keep going back. This is a regular for myself and my husband now, we go pretty much every weekend. I recommend the Verdes Enchiladas con pollo plato (green enchiladas with chicken plate), I can't seem to get enough lol, I also recommend the chiles rellenos. Both of us said this was the best Mexican food truck we have been to yet in Oregon and trust me we go to a lot. Enjoy, provecho!“
