It was a slow night but service was slow. We waited over 30 minutes for our pho. We said..? that's not a good sign...hopefully the pho is good. (Which it was!) They gave a lot of meat and the broth tasted good and hot, not pippin hot, but hot enough. Back to the bad service...they were not even busy but don't try to customize your order because they won't remember. You'll have to tell them again what you want when your food gets here. Anyhow that wasn't the worst part, towards the end we decided to order two drinks to go which took a while but we saw that it was already made with a bunch of other drinks so we went up to the counter to pick it up and pay. I looked at the drinks and said "oh, I think that's our drinks". In which the rude waiter replied, "if you didn't want to wait then you should have ordered it when you ordered your food". Seriously? ? how about, "thank you for waiting but here's your drinks". I wish we didn't tip but my husband was too generous.? definitely not coming back.

We tried this place purely based on the fact that they serve Bahn Mi, which is one of my favorite foods. There's so few places in the area that serve Bahn Mi, I was hopeful going in that this one would be good... The food did not disappoint!We ordered some beef Pho and a pork Bahn Mi. Both were excellent. We got an appetizer of salad rolls that were very good as well. I ordered an iced Vietnamese Coffee, which was exactly what I expected and really good.The dining area is spacious and well lit, with comfortable, but basic seating around tables of various sizes. There's some cool fish tanks and a water feature in the entrance that were fun to look at.The staff was very friendly and quick! Absolutely no complaints about any aspect of the experience. Pricing was a little lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise.

I had the special which was wonton soup, there were several additions like egg noodles, pork, and vegetables the broth was some of the best I've had. We also had Bun with pork and spring rolls which was very very tasty, would highly recommend.

So, when your soul needs a pick-me-up and you need to warm your body and thaw your bones, best stop into Pho Keizer. Fast, friendly service, means you're getting your food and enjoying your meal and restoring your energy before you know it. The atmosphere could use an update, but when you're stuffing your face with deliciousness, I could be dining in the seventh layer of hell and it wouldn't register because the meal is so dang good.
