This place needs to close down. They were out of a lot of things and Nothing came in sonic packaging. Gave us random items that were probably from a near by grocery store. Ordered a foot long and was given two hot dogs. My strawberry lemonade was carbonated? I just wanted some damn cheese sticks and they served French toast looking things

I want to start off by saying, the employees aren't at fault, this is a management issue. -half of the drive-in kiosks are broken and there is no sign to indicate it so you can push a button to order and sit there for a full 10 minutes not knowing. -the menu always lacks luster, with significant ingredients unavailable, including supplies. I have received inedible stale fries, wilted vegetables, and tired buns. -the employees aren't always informed of the company's deal. And when asked they appear lost like they don't know who to talk to. -false information, like being able to order through the app when the app is unavailable to order through at this location Something needs to be done at this location. Because all I see is, 0 maintenance and poor training.

Have tried to order food and drinks here twice this month and ended up leaving as they don't have enough staff to run their orders to cars and they also lack ingredients to make advertised signature items. They tell you to go to the drive through and it takes too long just to get the order in. Not sure what's going on, but it has been like this at two locations. My kids were disappointed not to be able to order things they wanted and with the waits. They need to find a way to alert customers of this issue before they park at a spot and wait to order only to hear that they don't have staff to run our order out and need you to line up in drive through for half an hour!

This location doesn't allow you to place orders in the app.Edit*Not sure if this is an actually sonic or not as they have no branding and generic packaging and cups. Tried this location in person twice ordering through the drive throu. Both times took about 15 minutes. They were out of about everything including mustard and didn't have the normal cups or drink sizes. There corn dogs come in foster farms packaging a first for me from sonic. The worst location by far and will not ever be returning.

In the past I would have given this location 1 star. Tonight I was extremely impressed by the young lady working the drive through. She had great customer service skills and was extremely personable! Her kindness was genuine! She went the extra mile. Because of this employee I am giving 4 stars!

Really friendly staff! The staff here are always friendly and kind. The food has always tasted good for me! But this location is always out of at least 2 things I want to order. They also have been using generic plain bags, cups, etc. which doesn’t really matter but it points to potential management issues. It seems like whoever owns this particular franchise location isn’t doing their job. There are repairs needed, the speaker at the drive through is barely audible. I hope that Sonic corporate can step in and help this location out with perhaps a new owner. The staff here deserve better!

I went here and asked for a slushie float, which I’ve gotten a couple times before with no issue. They told me they were out of the ingredients, which is fine; I understand restaurants run out ingredients. Instead, I asked for a blue raspberry lemonade. I was then told they were out of blue raspberry. When I asked for a food item, the pretzel chili cheese dog (which is right there on the menu) I’m told they no longer have that item as well. Frustrated, I just left. A month later, I come back and they say they are still out of specific menu items, which is incredibly ridiculous considering a month has passed. When I ask for a route 44 drink this time, they say they’re out of the cups and refuse to offer another alternative. When I question why they’re still out of so many items, they are that multiple fast food restaurants are (which is false because I’ve never had this experience at other places, let alone with multiple items). I came back one last time to get them another chance and came out a completely wrong drink than what I asked for. This place is ridiculous, and the customer service is terrible. I will not be going back again.

Worst service ever! When we arrived at the window after waiting 45 minutes we were charged $14.56 for our food and did not receive the right food. When we pointed this out to them Jennifer the person working the window was very unprofessional. People behind us in the line we’re leaving. Jennifer proceeded to blame us on the fact that everybody behind them was leaving. The people were pulling out long before we got to the window. 45 minutes at a fast food restaurant… You can figure out the rest. It took another 35 minutes just to get our money refunded. The only reason it is a one star is because they will not let me do no stars.

Worst experience at a sonic I've ever had and my standards for sonic aren't that high to begin with. Tried ordering at the drive up and no one answered. Went to the drive through and the people on the receiver (there was more than one and it kept switching) were short with us and kept cutting us off. They were out of tons of stuff. The chicken was not Sonic chicken and it was rubbery. And the drive through window was gross. It was covered in dried shake or ice cream or something. Everything was dirty for that matter. We will never be back.

This place is the worst. Surprised it has managed two stars. Last week stopped for a Chicago dog. Was not on poppyseed bun, was a foot long plain bun cut in half. Did not have relish, did not have onions. I got a hotdogs with mustard and a pickle slice and a hot pepper. Not even CLOSE to what they advertise, and what I have received at EVERY other sonic I have ever been to. Didnt say a word about being out of MOST of the ingredients, found out when I got home and opened my meal. Today I thought I would try again, the number five meal is a BLT TOASTER according to their menu board. When I ordered it, was asked to hang on, then they came back and said that it wasn't available in a meal. Any place this screwed up DESERVES to fail. Don't know it the management sucks or the employees are just lazy and incompetent and don't care, there are other places within a tenth of a mile that actually give you what they say they will AND know what they sell.

Out of so much stuff. Everything we ordered came with the same response ( we are currently out of that.) I work in the food industry, so I know how you can sometimes run out of food, but this was ridiculous. Almost every item we asked for was not available. Then, the food we DID get....tasted old and stale. Definitely will not be returning.

1st. 8:15. no milk shakes. Ordered 3 corn dogs and tots. Pulled up to window. The take out window was so filthy you you couldn't see thru it. It took at least 20 minutes to get the order. Not one single car in line. Asked for plenty of mustard. Got 10 pacis of catsup instead. Walked back to window they told me they had no mustard. How good is a corn dog without mustard?? We can guarantee we will NEVER be back at this location

Let me start off by stating this would be a 0 star review if I had the option. This place is pathetic. I took my girlfriend here talking sonic up and how good it is because being from Oklahoma Sonics are incredible. This was probably the worst experience I've EVER had at a restaurant. Try to order a pretzel twist, "Sorry we don't have any pretzels" I try to order a red bull slush "Sorry we don't have any more Red Bulls" we try to order and use the app for a free cheeseburger and the app is disabled for the location. My foot long chili cheese coney has no chili or cheese on it, and to top it off right as they're reading back my order that originally had mozzarella sticks on it I see "No sauces" so ask for marinara and get told "Sorry we don't have any marinara or ranch" why would anyone even want mozzarella sticks if those aren't available? Let alone not telling the customer as they're getting ready to pay that "Hey we have no sauces for those." As the order was being finished the girl taking my order was extremely short on top of it because I was getting annoyed being told for every part of my order "Sorry we don't have that." Last I recall a business is supposed to look out for their customers and order accordingly so they don't run out of product so they don't lose their customers, but I will never go to this location as long as I live and everyone I talk to will be informed of this terrible location.

MajinBuuuty !

Very displeased. Came in this evening and trouble started almost right away when ordering despite there only being one car in front of us. The person taking our order was extremely quiet and for some reason was having trouble taking our order of just slushies/shakes. After we finally got through saying our last drink there was silence. Said hello, did you get our last drink? More silence. Waited 3 minutes at the intercom with no response. Asked if we should pull forward? Still no response. After waiting almost 5 minutes, we finally just pulled forward, only to continue the wait at the window. When the cashier gave us our order, (Royal is the name on the receipt) he only gave us half our order, but popped back inside so quick we couldn't even respond. Then we had to wait 5 more minutes for someone to even come back so we could tell them we were missing the other half of our order we had paid for, despite that same cashier walking by us twice and just ignoring us. Then finally, we get the other half of our order and are informed as we are being handed the drinks that the topping for one of the drinks aren't available. And cherry on the cake, one of the drinks ended up having the wrong mix ins and one of the other drinks that was supposed to be an Oreo shake ended up being a sour patch kid float. After trying to explain the mistake to a different worker who just wasn't seeming to understand what I was saying, we gave up and just left with the wrong drinks. All in all it was a very time consuming and frustrating experience and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received.

This place used to be good, but it's really gone downhill as of late. It used to be the place I would take my family after I got off work at night and get everybody a milkshake. Those nights are long gone it seems; over the past month, I've gone over there three times in as many weeks for a milkshake, and get told the same thing every time: "We're out of ice cream." They say it over the intercom before I've even had a chance to speak, like it's rehearsed...like they shut the ice cream machines off for the night so they can close up as quickly as possible. Let me save you the trouble; you just lost a long-time customer.
