I came in earlier today to order, and it seemed like there were only two baristas. They were both super nice though and welcomed me in, and the girl doing drinks was super friendly and chatted with me even while making drinks. Definitely one of the nicer Starbucks in Salem!!!
This is my first time at this location. I had a mobile order around 4:00 pm. I was greeted as I entered, and my mobile food and drinks were ready for me to take. The staff were friendly. Very good example of customer service.Parking: It was not busy at 4:00 pm on a Wednesday.
