My husband and I haven’t been to this location in months until the other day and not much has changed. The ice machine has been down for probably close to a year, the bread gets smaller and smaller, they are constantly out of veggies, and this time even out of some meats, and soda pop syrups. They did finally get the drink cooler fixed so at least there are some cold options. Although the options were pretty sparse. The worker came from the back did NOT wash her hands and revolve as she came to the line, and was very impatient, we were the only customers in the store. Had barely walked up to the counter and she was already asking “what do you want” over and over while my husband and I were clearly discussing the different options. Instead of using this time to let us know what meats they were out of she waited for us to order and then told us she couldn’t make that sub because they didn’t have the meat. One restroom was out of order, veggie part of the line was super empty and they were completely out of some veggie options. After we got our food and sat down to eat the worker went out to smoke and then was in the back within view on her phone.There was clearly stocking and cleaning that could have been being accomplished. Send someone to cash and carry for the veggies your out of. Or to another location with the same owner to borrow some of the meats your out of, this is the way we used to do things.I was a manager at Subway for many years and it’s crazy to me to see the standards that this store is operating at being so low. Meanwhile their prices continue to rise. What are we paying more for? Definetly not the quality of product or customer service.

This location is frequently running out of ingredients and when I place an order on the mobile app, they make my sandwhich anyways without the ingredients they are missing.I would have canceled my order if id know.Also on several occasions the peppers added to my sandwhich had obviously started to go bad and or contaminted by something else.Definitely doesnt seem fresh.I work next door to this location and was ordering almost everyday, but at this point illBe getting lunch elsewhere.

It’s 50/50 wheather they get my order right. Sometimes I order and they get it perfect and other times they forget the condiments, and veggies. Today I received the wrong bread, didn’t get 2 condiments and no pickles. :(

I came in and ordered a Mexicali sub for myself and a Ham sub with pepperoni for my younger brother.When Jenny was preparing my sandwich she was very monotone and not very friendly at all. I've ordered the same sandwich many times with her and most of the time she doesn't add the extra cheese that comes with the Mexicali sub.She also added very little sauce when I asked for it and less sauce when I asked for more.My brother's sub that we ordered with pepperoni didn't end up having pepperoni.I think any other employee that works here is generally pretty good though.I would expect better service for the money I pay.

I gave this subway a five a few months back I have been in twice after not very good service was slow poor girl working by self gentleman in front of me left wait was ridiculous!! lettuce not fresh tom were mushy I told her I will put on at home the other time it was the lettuce brown I told the other employee that time I will put on at home. Jersey mikes is more exspensive but worth the freshness of their sandwiches plus they have a good customer rewards. Subway use to be great what happen??

if i could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in with my family just myself and 2 adults and 2 kids and come to find out they had one person scheduled, and she was less then happy to be there and made it outstandingly obvious. Took her 7 minutes to make two sandwiches for the lady infront of us, and speaking for myself only she would hardly give me any items, snapping back at our answers. Told me I "wasn't allowed more olives because of inventory" even after I suggested I would pay more, she still refused. Then they were out of ice and the drinks were warm straight from the machine which she failed to tell us prior to paying wasting $6. Altogether a huge mood killer after just getting family photos. Way to ruin a Sunday! HIGHLY unsatisfied. Thanks to "Jennifer" we won't be coming back.

This location has really gone downhill. Always ran by only 1-2 people that are clearly overworked,under trained, and exhausted. Don't wash their hands between customers. Sloppy made sandwiches,often out of one or more items, and the portions never seem to be the same from one visit to the next. I worked at subway for five years when I was younger and I couldn't imagine working at this one with how poorly ran it is.Big bummer because we love subway and this location is closest.

I come here each weekend with my daughter as I work down the street. Pre Covid, this place was fully stocked and had more than one staff. Since covid, this manager or owner seems to lack experience or simply doesn’t care. The options for soda are near none. The bottled sodas are none existent. Been that way for months now. The soda machine is now working as of this post but was also broken for months. The chip selections are limited with empty shelves. They say they have avocado on the menu but most the time the workers say they are out. The workers are routinely alone on weekend afternoons. In talking to staff it is shared the manager refuses to staff adequately. This place is poorly run. Only out of personal convenience do I go to this place. I feel for the staff as they are not supported. Store will be packed with 5 or more customers and one worker. I am so tempted to contact corporate and share this. It’s a shame there is an owner to this store who appears to care less about quality. I feel for the workers as many are doing their best given the trashy appearance of this store. I gave 3 stars for food. Service sucks but not due to the workers. They are doing what they can to make a living but the owner here has utterly failed. This is the worst staffed and supplies subway I have been too. This is a franchise and corporate needs to be made aware of this image.

I go to the gym in the same parking lot and this is my second time going to this location. (Decided to give it another chance) the lady that works here on Sunday's has a terrible attitude. I tried to talk my way around it by being super friendly and trying to break the ice. Seems like gumpy and lazy is what she made he personally out to be. What pissed me off the most is when it was time to close the sandwich. She didn't even try to make sure the ingredients were tucked in so that when I get home and open it then it won't all fall out. She literally wrapped the sandwich while it was laying completely open.. so when I get home I had take the sandwich apart and assemble it in a way where it won't completely fall apart when eating it. I'll admit that I do get a lot of sides on my sandwiches but this location was by far the worst when it comes to simply closing the sandwich. All around terrible experience and I will now be traveling to a different location that is out of my way just to get decent service. I hope this is the only location that this owner owns. Hope the owner takes time to read these reviews because from reading the reviews it almost sounds like everyone is talking about the same worker. (Lady of Asian descent)
