Don't order online! They apparently hate that and the sandwich will reflect that. My sandwich from my most recent order was a total mess. Wrong cheese, I said no onions and no tomato and they apparently didn't get the memo, all the sauce was focused on a 4" section of the sandwich and it had a musty taste to it, the amount of meat wasn't right and finally the bread wasn't good at all. Very disappointed but I know when you go inside the experience is normally different and better.

Placed an order online for 2 foot longs and a cookie. I arrived and they only had one type of cookie available and no meatballs (again). They asked if I wanted a different type of sandwich and proceeded to make one foot long and a 6inch instead of the 2 foot longs I paid for. I’m just all together done with subway. The location in Salem down the road isn’t any better either being out of many meats and cheeses the times I’ve visited that location and nobody will remake anything or reimburse that part of the order. So you better hope they get it right or you’re going to not get food you want and be paying for it

Was told if I have 4 or more sandwiches then I need to place orders online since it's a catering order. I have 3 kids and 2 adults (3 sandwiches, 1 bowl & 1 wrap)No avocado even though I was charged for it, no meatballs; person was stressed out with the line of customers, beeping oven, and online orders.Always understaffed, but clean place

10/30/23 230pm Ordered sandwich on:Subway app (5462 river rd. Subway) app said sandwich was ready so went to pick it up, doors were locked sign said "on lunch" got her to come to door she said thru the door she had no orders and was on break and went back behind counter. App says "thanks for picking up your order" Hope I get my money back?

i placed an order online at the wrong location, tried to call and their phones weren't in service so there was no way to cancel the order? and they also dont have a corporate phone number. last time i went in the employees ignored my existence for the first like 3 minutes.

I ordered a ham sandwich with extra cheese for delivery. I got a ham and turkey sandwich with regular cheese. They were also out of lettuce, pepperjack, and the bread I ordered. I also ordered a steak and cheese wrap. No wraps, out of the cheese ordered. They put it in a bowl and there was almost no steak.

this very nice man was there he had a beard and mustache was the nicest employee I've ever had at any subway i got a foot long and I had a gift card and I was short 8 cents and he coverd it for me he also gave me a free cookie he was super sweet and had a very welcoming smile

Honestly don’t visit this location go to the one in the Keizer Station instead. It’s unfortunate that the franchise owner continually chooses to understaff this location. In addition to that due to a lack of staff, many normal menu items are often unavailable, meatballs, eggs anything that has to be done by the employees. My visit today was a 45 minute turnaround time soda machines had no CO2. Recent remodel looks great. Might want to invest in other areas.

I work here, very fun, music is a really good vibe, I try my best to give good customer service and keep a conversation, sometimes we're out of things and I have customers walk out but I love the people that come in and our regular costumers, really great

This used to be my go to for years, but now it unfortunate this place has really changed. Went in at 9am when they open, tried to get a breakfast sub and they were out of egg. Tried for a cold cut combo and then again not ready or made. Didn't have things prepped or were out of supplies, place had very few lights on, not the cleanest and employee had no hat, logoed apparel on but tried her best with what she had to work with. Not sure if money, hard time finding staff or what it is. I really hope they bounce back!
