Drove by at 830 pm on Sunday. I SAW AN EMPTY LOBBY. I decided to place my order on the drive thru and there was another car in front of me. We waited about 15 min being unable to reverse out. They placed an order, I left and gave my money to another restaurant. As I left, I saw at least 4 employees just talking to each other. DONT WASTE COSTUMERS TIME

I tried eating at this subway, again placing a mobile order hoping it’d be better than the other locations around town, and yet again another store doesn’t get my order right. Wrong toppings and missing items. Subway has been consistently bad the year that I’ve lived here. Only once in 8 times has my order been correct. And 5 separate I’ve attempted to go they have been out of product or closed during hours listed as being open. This spans across multiple locations. Avoid subway at all costs unless you want to receive random food

Went in and waited a few minutes before I was greeted. I had to walk around the corner to get her attention. The girl was in the back on her phone. I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich but she said there were no eggs. I asked how long the wait would be and she said they have to defrost over night. Pretty lame in my opinion since breakfast is offered all day smh.

The gal on drive thru told us she'd be with us in a moment. We sat there for around 5 minutes before I started to keep track of time. After 10 minutes, we pulled through to see the two employees in the store, one helping a customer and the other kinda wondering around. Why would you make a customer wait over 15 minutes to order. Would you do that to someone standing there at the counter? Why are customers in vehicles treated differently? There was no one in there when we pulled passed to enter drive thru. There was only one person ordering two sandwiches when we pulled around (after waiting some 15 minutes) and went into the store to order.

I waited at the drive through window for 10mins until I said hello and someone responded that they would be there in a few. They never came. Terrible customer service!! This is why I don't come to this one. It's the worst subway in the area.

Talk about a good subway sandwich! The manager and other employees were extremely kind and helpful. My sandwich was super well made and on point. I would go out of my way to come here. Thank you.

Ordered online and went to pick up at the store. Waited probably 5 minutes until someone finally came from the back and said, " oh sorry I didn't hear you come in." Well why are you hiding in the back instead of greeting customers when they come in? That was my first thought. Got my sandwiches home and my breakfast sandwich wasn't even toasted and hardly had any veggies on it. My wifes sandwich was so covered in sauce it was soggy and inedible. As a previous assistant manager at a subway this is not the quality of food that is expected by the company. It is shocking that this subway has an incompetent crew who can't even properly make a sandwich. The employees act like your inconveniencing them by coming in. I've had other bad experiences at this store but I thought I'd give it another try. Why stay open? Everyone in town complains about the subway here. Never going back again!

I waited in the drive through for 10 minutes after I was told she would be with me in a moment. I tried to get someone through the microphone with no answer. I drove around to the window. The window was open and there were 2 employees one doing dishes and the other sitting on the counter. I sat there for a couple minutes while they continued to talk but did not say a word to me. Finally one of them came over and I asked if they were ready to take more order and he said yes and walked away. Finally the other employee came and took my order. They continued to stop and talk while they made my food. Terrible customer service and incredibly rude.

I love that this location has a drive thru!!! As long as you know what you want they are really quick. We like subway sandwiches and the staff did ours really well.

I'm giving a five star for a couple of reasons. the staff was very nice and professional. the staff member who made my sandwich was Alan. Alan made the sandwich with care and had a smile doing so. His customer service was great and I will be coming again. He was very polite and had no problem toasting The bread a couple extra times. Great Staff.

Ordered online to pick up 3 sandwiches in 45mins. Showed up close to an hour after I placed the order to find 1 overwhelmed employee working. Needless to say my sandwiches weren’t made. The one employee was so new he didn’t know how to process a refund. Bad management to let a new guy steer the ship by himself.

If there was a lower rating than 1, that's what I would rate this Subway.I just went in & picked up 4 of their new sandwiches for me & my family. As soon as I got there last sandwich was being made (ordered on the app). Ok, great... Got home and not one sandwich was numbered or labeled. After inspecting all sandwiches, we found NO tomatoes on any sandwich (all were supposed to have tom.) no peppers (3 were supposed to have them), barely any meat on two of them, heavy lettuce (ordered light), VERY strong red onion (so it's old), and the bread on two of them was so old it was falling apart & turning into crumbs when it was touched.I live 5 minutes from this Subway and I'll NEVER go back. Just completely horrible sandwiches.
