T4 has been a lone bright shining star in a desolate extended Salem food scene. T4 is mostly known for bubble tea, and the selections they have in that category are in fact quite enjoyable and diverse. I especially like the numerous options they have for bursting boba. You can also customize your drink to lower the sugar intake if that is what you are seeking. I'll also say that the popcorn chicken in quite good. I never found a good version my entire time living in Texas so this was a welcome change. Tofu is good and the artificial lobster balls are okay. Overall, it's worth a 10-15 minute drive and even better if you can get delivery.

The milk tea is very watered down but the boba was fresh. The popcorn chicken and fried tofu were very good. Minus 1 star because the milk tea needs improvement for it being as expensive as it is.

If you’re looking for great boba tea and snacks in Salem/Keizer, this is the place to go to! I have tried several other boba places in the mall, at food carts, or various places around town, but I always end up going right back to T4.Not only is the boba tea amazing and customizable, but the food and service is outstanding too. I informed the gentleman that’s usually working there that I can’t have caffeine, and he was more than happy to go through the options that would work for me. Also, if you ever want a snack as well, I highly recommend their Basil Popcorn Chicken!

Waited 20 minutes just to order for them to tell me it would be another 10 minute wait. Definitely do not come here.

Their door says they open at 11am, but it's noon. It seems they haven't changed the time on their door.I've been to other locations in the Portland metro area, but first time here. The basil fried chicken was good! Fresh, crispy, well seasoned! The egg waffle on the other hand I wouldn't recommend. It was pretty soft and just sort of ripped off. Like the circle broke off itself.. it was a bit undercooked and it was a bit bland. It doesn't have the vanilla egg sweetness I come to love. Happy lemon does a better job at that imo.I got a yogurt green tea with lemon at 30% sweet since I was warned the drink naturally is very sweet. It was definitely a little waterier... but I'm trying to eat less sugar. I would probably recommend 50% sweetness for a better flavor. But all in all... not bad.

It's great to see a solid bubble tea spot outside of the Portland Metro area. T4 has tons of options, even some drinks I don't see at other bubble tea shops. One of my go-to drinks is the Soy Milk Tea. This drink uses soy milk with the classic black tea base (they also have one with green tea base). This drink along with grass jelly is the perfect combo for me.

Tea is always great, but it took probably 5-10 minutes for any cashier to even talk to my partner and I. Something was wrong with their system, I guess, but the cashier was pointedly not looking at us, communicating with us, nothing. At one point, all three employees left the front area and went to the back. When they came back, after another few minutes of awkward silence, they finally took our order. My partner wanted the large tapioca pearls, and we were told they were out. No problem, they had the small pearls available. We paid, and our friend ordered separately. She was somehow miraculously able to get large pearls in her tea. No manager seemed to be present. May not be coming back ever to this location, there’s better boba places in downtown Salem that don’t offer such awful customer service.

I've been multiple times at many different times of the day and they almost never have boba. I don't understand how a boba place can consistently never have boba.

As busy as they were on a warm spring day, this crew was cranking out drinks at a inhuman speed. No, they aren't droids. Just really efficient & helpful exemplary employees. I go for the boba but someday I'll stay for fried chicken.

As far as tea/boba shops....this one is cute, clean and located well.Service was ok, the girl seemed a bit stand offish and took a wile. She was thorough and presise and that was refreshing. There was no one else in the place when we got here. The tea was good and flavors differ greatly. Toro seems a bit mild to me. Was a bit disappointed they couldn't blend the rose and honey together (have no idea why), she just said no we can't do that.Good location and pretty easy to find.
