First off this is my dirty little secret, now not so secret anymore. Taco Bell on River Road, gone down hill yet I know, already in the gutter. I went because I had no kids for the first time in a year…got the Chicken quesadillas which had no slop meat in two pieces. Thought it might be on the opposite end until I got to the other end. When I called to complain because it wasn’t that cheap, he said he’d call me back to go another day for compensation, he never called back, then when I called again he said too bad because they wouldn’t do anything if I came another day. #shrinkflation

This is my 3rd order that was not correct. Today I was missing my drink, also the taco shells are stale and not crunchy. This is not the 1st time. I never received a order in the past and was told I had to contact the company delivering. Now hears the best one yet, had a driver call me because he couldn't find me . Got a call the next day and he just left my order at the club house. It sat outside all night so I told them to just throw it away.
This Taco Bell has got to be the slowest location I’ve ever been too! I always order a bean burrito sour cream that’s it and I usually spend at least 15-20min in the drive thru. I’m very rarely greeted just the total and here’s your food

We were helped by Daniel at 1am, he was the BEST fast food worker I’ve ever met he was so nice and funny. The wait was long but he made it SO worth it 100/10 service give him a raise

Went to go inside the building but both doors locked with customers inside as well as drive through full. I knocked a few times and customers inside said they weren't allowed to open the door? I'm not sure what's going on here lol.
Worst store. No one ever come to the counter you can stand there for 10 mins and no one says a word. You order on the kiosk and they don’t even give you your cups till after your food is served.

Very weird service..drive thru crew was very confused thought I was there to pick up a grub hub I kept explaining no I would just like to order food like a regular drive thru order and for some reason they could not wrap their mind around the fact that I drove through the the drive thru to just order..lol...I felt like I was in Twilight zone they kept saying ur here to pick up for Mandy right? Weirdest thing ever.
I ordered two cravings boxes and one didn't have the side I ordered. Neither of the crunch wraps in my boxes were actually cooked fully, and neither were sealed enough to eat. I had to rewrap both so my husband and I could eat them without spilling everywhere.A week ago, my husband ordered two crunch wraps, one was paper thin and had almost no meat, and both were undercooked. We had to recook the edible one at home. He contacted corporate and they never got back to him about the order being messed up.

Wasnt happy when an employee lied when i asked if there was a breakfast box. Made me buy all the items seperately and spend way more. She was pretty rude about it too. I gave it two stars because when that lady isnt the one helping i get my breakfast box.
