I have been here a handful of times hoping i will have a different experience but I've had no luck! Service is not good, lady is not friendly and her portions are very small every time. I ordered to go last week and she did not give me sauces, or utensils, when I opened my food the boxes which were small as it is, were only half way full! I was charged $38 for three entrees who were k my half way full! I was friendly to the lady when I picked up my order and she didn't smile or say anything back! Bad service and smallest portions ever! Food was decent, but nothing you can't get elsewhere.

This is what $80 gets you. Drinks not filled, small food portions on top it seriously took an hour to get our food since we ordered. Lost my appetite. Oh look no folks either. If you’re anybody who cares about your food last place I would go to. Should of just went to McDonald’s no cap.

Yes the portions have gotten smaller... but a small portion of good food is just what I want. I cringe when I see how much some people eat in a sitting... I have eaten at Thai lotus for over 20 years, since their first location. The food is always good. The owners also are the workers, so they are at it all week long. If someone is not smiling enough, maybe their feet hurt. If the portion is too small for you, you are eating too much. Spoiled Americans eat at Buffets, then there will be something you like in huge proportions for your belly. If the price is too high, go to the grocery store and check out what food costs these days and stay home. Even MickyD's is pricey these days, and it's just plain garbage food... Me, I'm sticking with the friendly greeting I always get, smile or not... and Pan Fried Noodles w/ chicken with a side of some really good peanut sauce. Or maybe some spicy Panang Curry... oh, and Moon Wedges... yummy Moon Wedges... and Thai Tea... and fried bananas with ice cream... still not full, I am!!! And 5 star Happy : )

This is the best Thai food I have ever had. We have been coming here for years. The staff is amazing and the food is great.

Thai Lotus is our favorite Thai restaurant. Amazing staff and food.

I would not recommend. The massuman curry had decent spiciness but really not much flavor. The peanuts in the sauce tasted stale & potatoes were mushy. My daughter had a noodle dish that tasted just like the spring rolls but in noodle form. Wont go back.

This place has the best best best Thai food!!! The owner is an amazing, hard working, wonderful person. They have owned this restaurant for years and you should absolutely give them support and try cashew chicken and the Thai fried rice!!

Take out experience less than desirable. Spicy Basil was nothing but a slush of carrots and peppers with a few pieces of chicken swimming in juice. I opened the order of Drunken noodles and I had to check to see if there was another box in the bag for the rest of the portion. :l If I ever take anything out from here again I will be sure to open each box before I leave if not satisfactory I will leave them there.

Not up to expectations. My husband and his brother had to pay extra to have rice with the curry. The rice was served in a slimy sandwich bag and was clearly not fresh ?!!

My favorite Thai restaurant in Keizer, their Pad Kee Mao is fantastic. And for those one star reviews complaining about the portion sizes, don’t listen to them. I was full after my meal.

I've been dining here for a long time now. Ten years ago, I met the woman who is now my wife. She had one experience with Thai food previous to meeting me, at Thai Beer, and swore she'd never eat Thai food again. I told her she'd eaten from the bottom of the barrel and asked her to give it another chance. I ordered several of my favorite dishes for us to share, and by the end of the meal, she declared Thai food was now one of her favorites. That about sums it up. Amazing food, outstanding service, and a place where you are treated like family. Thank you!

We’ll take our coffee and business someplace else since they don’t want to allow customers to bring their coffee in with them. Toodles

This is the worst Thai restaurant I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. I don't understand how they stay in business. Three dishes we ordered were horrible and the woman, I presume an owner, who was the server was horrible as well. I ordered my lunch without meat so I could have extra vegetables as described by the server. There were no extra vegetables, just an extra handful of canned bamboo shoots. When I mentioned the lack of vegetables she yelled something to the cook in the kitchen and told me that there were extra vegetables. If you enjoy being challenged and called a liar, and receiving poor service and terrible food, this is your spot. Everyone else should avoid this strip mall dump.

Service is always great and attentive regardless of how busy. This is my favorite Thai restaurant whenever I’m in Keizer I eat here. The salad rolls with the peanut sauce are light and tasty. The drunken noodles are by far the best I’ve had. The pad Thai is good, they can also make it with silver noodle if you’re watching your carbs. They also can make your dishes spicy which I love! The food is very flavorful and delicious.

Thai Lotus has been our go-to Thai restaurant for years, and we love their food, but during the pandemic, we have ordered curry a couple of times, only to find it has come without rice. The first time we just thought it was a mistake. Now it has happened again. It's frustrating that the same dish we have ordered numerous times in the restaurant that has always come with rice, now comes without rice...unless, apparently, you pay an extra $1.50 above the cost of the curry dish to get a side order of rice. We understand our favorite places are suffering in the pandemic, but we also don't care for this unfortunate new development. If you aren't going to serve rice with your curry, put that in the GrubHub menu so we don't have to wait another fifteen minutes making rice at home for a delivered order, okay? We are beginning to think we'll have to find another place to order from in future. We're already paying an extra $10+ dollars for the "convenience" of delivery. It's not worth the extra cost when we have to make a portion of the meal at home ourselves.
