If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We ended up walking out and never even received our food. We were one of 3 tables and we counted at least 3 servers that we could see. We didn't wait long to be seated or have our server take our drink orders-those were prompt. But we waited for over 30 minutes before walking out and didn't even see our appetizer until we had all 5 of our kids loaded up and we were leaving. We left $10 on the table to cover our drinks but we definitely won't be returning.

Worst experience ever! Applebee's in other cities are so much better. Went for my Birthday because we were in the area. Got seated. Took waitress 5 minutes to even acknowledge us. We were there at 11:45am. Only 2 tables occupied. She finally came to get our drink order. 10 minutes later with no drinks, she is talking with a Co worker about her wrist and how she shouldn't be there. I got up and had to walk to her and say we we're ready to order. Still took her another 5 minutes to do that. It had been atleast 1/2 hr and no food. She didn't even come and check on us in the meantime. I got up again and found her by the bar. She said coming with food. NOBODY IS IN THE RESTAURANT!! She brings food, never once checked on us. I needed more tarter sauce. Had to go find her once again!!! Terrible food. Terrible service. I hope someone from management sees this, because your losing business here in Klamath.

This place sucks. Went here 2 yrs aho it sucked then I thought I'd give it another try, yep still sucks. I ordered a burger med rare it came well well done and only cheese ff were cold we waited 47 minutes and was the 3rd table only when got there. I asked where was the LTO on the burger I mean it looked like road kill was freaken nasty and for 16.99 uh HELL NO she took it off my ticket and brought fresh fries so that's what I had for dinner, FF could of went to BK across the street for way better food and for 15 min. I'll never go to this Applebee's again

We went for a late Valentine's day. For appetizers my husband got the nachos and I got the combo platter that came with mozzarella sticks, chicken quesadillas, boneless wings and chip with a spinach artichoke cheese dip. Both very yummy. For dinner I had the Lime Chicken and my husband had the chicken with shrimp. My husband said his was ok. But that the steaks are better. Mine was delicious although my spanish rice was cold. I had a Passion Fruit Margarita that was so tasty. I unfortunately cannot remember our waitress' name but she was very nice and attentive. Friendly atmosphere. Not super busy. We spaced out our orders for appetizers and our dinner so that everything came spaced out as to not get too full. Definitely a great spot to eat and enjoy some time together.

We requested one of the many unoccupied booths but Mr. Pink hair gave us a table. Then the waitress coughed on our daughter and thought it was funny. I believe she was high.Other people came in, were served and leftand we still had been served. After waiting 50 minutes we asked for our drink bill. The waitress just walked away.That was the last straw! We got up, left money to cover our drinks and left.

Waitress coughed on my daughter, thought that was funny, while taking our order...couldn't even keep count of drinks versus seated people.Other tables that arrived after our party had were served, ate, and left while we waited for nearly an hour with no drink refills, no food, and no communication. We asked for our check, to settle our bill. Nope, waitress ignored our request with a lame statement and tried to stall.We are not returning to this location. Peace out.

I haven't been to Applebee's. In a long time like 6 yrs.. and I can wait another 6 years to go again.. Food was anticlimactic from the menu.. alcoholic drinks were decent just expensive for the amount given.
