As usual best BBQ I’ve had in Klamath and possibly all of Southern Oregon!If you’ve had it you’re doing something right and probably already know that. If you haven’t try it out, my favorite GO-TO is the Tri-Tip sandwich it won’t let you don’t and plenty of food!

Multiple meals ordered. Chicken and fries we're good but extremely oversalted almost to the point of being inedible. The tri tip sandwich was wet, cold and no flavor. No smoke, no seasoning and maybe a tsp of BBQ sauce. The coleslaw was in a condiment cup. Not even a full spoonful. After various tries, we will not be returning.

Very nice service and delicious food! Delicious juicy ribs and great pulled pork. Sides are delicious too! Owner even gave me his recipe for pork ribs—trying it out now! So, if you have a BBQ attack then go see Zack for a rack @ Big Boy BBQ—he’ll cook them up for you!

Ordered two of the cowboy burgers this evening and both of them ended up having bones in them. Definitely not fun to bite into when eating a sandwich.

Just had dinner here tonight, whoever was working was so kind, you could really tell he enjoys what he does! Had the tator nachos, I’m usually super picky about my pulled pork and this was soooo good! The tator chips were seasoned so nicely, would definitely recommend this place after this experience! He also brought us some Mac bites to try and those were super yummy!!

5 star service & food. This is as good as it gets. Zach works his tail end off and puts everything he has into this place. Exceptional food, quality & affordable. His spices and rub he uses are fantastic. Just a genuine family business. Highly recommend.
How can you call yourself a BBQ place and not have Ribs, Sausage or Chicken? The only thing they have going is pulled pork; my 13 year old grand-daughter can make pulled pork. And no good sized portions of any sides; coleslaw, baked beans, corn-bread. This is not the BBQ I'm used to. Go to Wubba's if you want good BBQ.

We drove by and noticed that there was a roof dining area so we decided to stop here to check it out. Turns out, this was for one of the most popular places in Klamath Falls, The Falls Taphouse. In the outside patio was 3 food trucks and we decided to try this one because I was in the mood for bbq.The people who I met that night were very friendly and helpful in my choices. I chose the pulled pork sandwich and the tater nachos. When I asked, I found out that the tater refered to thin sliced potatoes, not tots like I was thinking so even more so it sealed my decision to order them. They give you a pager that blinks and vibrates when your order is ready so you don't have to stand around and take up space around the truck waiting for your order. My order was ready in about 10 minutes and the food was a lot. If you look at my pics you will see that they give a generous helping and it was also very tasty. The pulled pork sandwich had lots of flavor and the nachos were messy, as all nachos should be. I can see why this food truck has great business and will be back when in the area.
