I went here, when staying at a hotel down the street, and saw out of the gate it was a dive bar which is what I usually enjoy. I proceed to get a drink, and put two dollars in the jukebox. The bartender was cool as hell and increased the volume to a good level. Then, some other chick, comes in and sits down at the bar, immediately takes the remote for the jukebox and turns it down to an almost inaudible level. I said " How come she turned down the music when you're working here and turned it up?" I was informed, she's the manager and it's daytime. This bar sits next to a stripclub that wasn't even open yet, and has two businesses on the other side. It also sits right off the busiest street in Klamath Falls, 6th street, which at 3 pm had commute traffic on it. What I'm getting at here is first the outside noise made the jukebox hard to hear, second there's no residential etc that loud music would bother. I finished my first drink, had planned on hanging out and ordering several more, and wasted the $2 I put in the jukebox because since I couldn't even hear the damn thing I left. What kind of customer service is that, to at a noisy bar, in a noisy area, override the person working there and the customer themselves over what could only be a control issue on the manager's part. Fyi, I played a 60's psychodelic song, and in my only other visit there a couple days prior they had country music on, at the same time of day, at a much higher volume. Time to head to another watering hole in this small town and be able to be treated like I matter as a customer.

They say they are open tell 230 am everyday but they most definitely are not ever open past 1 am very rearly are they even open until 1 am they need to change there hours of operation cause it is definitely not accurate! Plus they are very rude about cashing in lottery ticket. also u are most likely ignored for about 15 to 20 mins until u grab there attention and ask to be cashed out and then still u most likely get an answer of "your going to have to wait until I'm done helping everyone else then maybe I can cash you out!" They need to take the machines out if they don't want to deal with them or the customs that are there for that reason. I will not ever be gambling here again. Id rather not gamble at all then to be treated like this for sure!!!!???Parking: Parking and service both suck for gambling purposes.
