I have been here multiple times, usually my wife and I call in our orders. Today we had called a couple times without answer, voicemail was full and left no note as to why they were closed. My wife got through around the third call and was informed that they had live music. Upon me going and picking up our food, I was told by the employee working “that calling multiple times when we don’t answer is not the correct way to go about calling in our order”. I understand that there is live music, but that is no reason to disrespect your customers by making statements about something that my wife and I knew nothing about. If you are a business, you are expected to answer calls, if anything put us on hold.

Showed up just before noon on a weekday. Most types of bagels were sold out. Perhaps this is not a lunch place.

Bagels were delicious, but the service was mediocre. We ordered five different items, but only got two of them correct. They placed some random items in our bag. This has been a common theme with the food industry lately. Attention to detail had been abysmal.

They run out of things a lot so you never know if they will have the things on the menu. Otherwise it’s great and friendly.

Great bagel shop in downtown Klamath Falls. I loved the egg, cheese, and ham on a jalapeno cheese bagel. Yummy!!!!!!!!

The bagels were good! However, the 80's Rock hit me as I walked in, not in the mood for that! Papers scattered near the cash register made me think you need an office! Day old bagels I used to like to buy didn't see until I was done with transaction. Only 1 other couple eating but many of the tables were dirty. Self pump coffee area was disorganized looking with coffeee spills. Might have been a busy morning and I what I saw was the aftermath of a storm.

Wow, oh wow. New owners are amazing. The food is picture perfect, and they even have bagel dogs and gluten-free bagels!!Kid-friendliness: Cute, cozy and friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to have a quick bit to eat with the family.Wheelchair accessibility: Level grounds with plenty of space to wheel your loved ones in for a coffee and Bagel.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bagels, I mean, come on, that's awesome!

Cute place, fast and courteous service. Bagel was a little doughy but good. Not many folks out on a Tuesday morning so seating was very plentiful. An easy walk from the train station during a delay.

Came here with a group of Asian friends while on vacation, and it took over an hour for us to get our orders. Multiple white families came in after we had placed our orders and were served before us. Would not recommend anyone patronize such a discriminatory and unprofessional establishment

My fiancé wants everyone to know that this was his most favorite breakfast bagel he’s ever had. Good service and awesome food!

I swear, it does not matter what time of morning, or what day of the week, in the 26 years that I've lived here, I have maybe gone there 1 time that they were actually open when advertised as being open.I went there between 11 & 12 on Friday, May 12, 2023, and the doors were locked but I could see an employee, who couldn't even be bothered to come explain or tell me they're closed. If I did not currently have a gift card to spend there, I would never attempt to eat there ever again. I certainly do not plan on it once my gift card has been used up.Ugh...

The bagels are ? great but the service is slow. 14 minutes for two toasted bagels. Again the bagels are great and the smiles from the staff are amazing but just a little slow.
