Rude hostess. Acting like it’s still the pandemic and they are too busy to be nice. To go orders take an hour when the restaurant is less than half full in the middle of the day. To go sushi also didn’t come with soy sauce or wasabi. Such bad customer service. If their food wasn’t so dang good I wouldn’t go here. But alas, it is.

It’s good sushi- but when you deliver, WHERE TF IS THE WASABI? Twice now. You think I just have that at my house? Come on bamboo be better than this. 4.5 star for fish. 1 star for this oversight. It’s too expensive to have that kind of mistake multiple times.

Couldn’t help but see a misinformed review-reply from management 2 months ago.Do not say the fish does not have additives or added color. That is false information. I don’t care about your MSC-certification. Be clear and be honest about your sushi.It is a farmed fish. It has added color. For example, more than any other fish on the menu, its the almighty “King Salmon.” Color added through the food pellets they consume in water-pens. Period. Look it up yourself folks. That beautiful color isn’t so natural. Neither is that fat content.You should really consider where you eat with misinformation floating around like this…Ps: You’re probably just doing your job, but this this is not OK as a customer.

Amazing food but disturbing atmosphere… I saw 2 supervisors berating a young waitress for an extended period of time, while the female one made faces at her, to the point of driving her to tears. Don’t know how big of a mistake she made, but definitely not something that should have been going on in the open in front of customers. Can only imagine what goes on behind closed doors.

This place is cold right by the entrance, has hard seats, and is crowded. The food was great, and the service was excellent. I loved the order, eat, order, eat, service as the food was served quickly enough to relax. This allowed for a nice chat between the meals while we enjoyed watching the chefs prep the food. The menus are made of a hard plastic, which was annoying to deal with.

Absolutely loved our dinner here! Reasonably priced for the amazing quality. The king salmon sashimi was the best sashimi I’ve ever tasted - like butter. I had a Ume mocktail that was truly memorable and I will be back for it!

This is not the first time we came here. We took 3 different rolls: spider roll, Philadelphia roll and salmon tempura roll. We felt like spider roll and salmon tempura roll tasted very similarly but were so good. We decided to come at a busy time and made a reservation, I’m very glad they have this option. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious, definitely recommend you this place, we’ll come back and order other meals for sure.
It’s been awesome dining at Bamboo the past year. I love this place, they consistently deliver top tier delicious sushi. I will always be a fan. Order the Hoki Poke Box, Spicy Tuna crispy rice & the Green Machine (add crab!) & thank me later!

Sorry to say that last night was a crash and burn for your restaurant. It was a birthday, and the reservation asked about that, but the host did not convey it to the server or manager. We were seated in the back corner of an empty restaurant at a dirty table. Which made sense as we walked past 4 set and dirty tables. Cauliflower was awesome. I'm glad I got 3 orders as things went downhill from there. Your manager clearly is in over his head. Our server ran one item to our table but had plenty of time to chat with girls at the bar or co-workers. It was robbery to tip for such service. The experience we received was not even worth minimum wage. Restaurants are struggling, and nights like last night do not encourage people to go out. This must be why you sell so much Togo and delivery.

Well prepared sushi that tasted amazing. The albacore nigiri was wonderful, so tender and the taste was to die for. The spicy albacore wasn't overly spicy and had great flavor. Would highly recommend the uramaki rolls.
