Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. It arrived with literally no sauce on it, dry as heck and looked like cardboard.I called and the incompetent employee said he “remembered” my order and “didn’t box it up himself but seems like someone forgot the sauce.”He didn’t offer me a re make, only offered me a credit. When I asked about a re make he sounded like they couldn’t be bothered to re make it and told me it would “uhh take about 25-30 minutes.”Basically I threw my dumb $12 cardboard pizza away and went to bed hungry.

It's an OK place to go and you need a quick pizza. Sometimes not so quick. The app doesn't necessarily couldn't correspond with finishing times for your pizza, so pay close attention.

The completion time estimator is waayyyy off. I arrived 25 minutes after my order was placed, and the pie was not prepped even though the website said it was. I got to the restaurant within the completion time estimate. They started prepping several minutes after I arrived. I waited 25 minutes at the restaurant.

We have ordered from this location a couple of times a month for 18 months. Everything was fine until my wife stopped eating dairy and we needed to start ordering her pizza with no cheese. It's not like this was a special request we had to call in, it's available to choose in the app. Unfortunately, the first time we ordered it, the pizza was burnt to a crisp. How that passed the "inspection" phase I have no idea. Ok. Maybe it was an off night. We tried again. Nope. Burnt beyond recognition. We held a prayer vigil for this poor pizza as no pizza deserves to be burnt that badly. RIP pizza. So, the next time we ordered it again and then CALLED the store to ask them not to burn it. They were very nice about it and the pizza was perfect. Thinking we had figured it out, we ordered again, called, asked them not to burn it...and it was burnt. Hmmmm. One last try, ordered it, called, and got a VERY rude employee who informed us that they couldn't usually ensure it wasn't burnt when they are busy but would "try". And it was burnt again. Why offer an option for purchase that you are unable to make correctly? Why have a pizza tracker which indicates someone is doing a quality check when clearly that does not happen? And more importantly, in the app, why ask how the dominoes experience was, in the app, when no one reads or replies to them to make things better?Update - after emailing the address below with the information they requested, I never heard back.

Are you kidding me? I've never ordered from this store, online ordering was down so I called the number it told me to place a delivery order, waited on hold for about 10 minutes only to have the only thing heard from the other line was the phone slamming?!? I work in customer service and I would never let my employees do such a thing. Normally I have empathy for people in the service industry but whoever did that. I don't respect you. Or this store, horrible first impression!

the worst! they couldnt find our place so never told us and then lied about delivery so had to place another order! long story short took two hours to get the second order and ended up cold. they did not offer anything for inconvenience.

When I was eating my pizza in the store a white bald man who was about 5'7 delivery driver came inside and told me that my car was parked over the line in a parking spot then proceeded to call me the r slur. I moved the car and i could here him talking to his co worker saying "there are lines for a reason". Otherwise the food was fine.
The lake Oswego dominos was really good, locations and ownerships really matter and people don't forget their pastas! And their sandwiches! There great for lunch. Buy a pi? zza and get a sandwich or pasta for lunch the next day.

I’ve been coming here for years and gotten nothing but good service. Tonight my tire went flat and I had to use their parking lot. A nice employee named sean came out and offered me a tire iron as I did not have one. He definitely saved the day and I appreciate him going out of his way to help me and my gf out.

Food was fine, but the wait was over an hour from the projected pickup time, which was already 45 minutes after I ordered. Staff struggled to even find the order and served several customers who came in after me as I waited. I learned my lesson about ordering on a Friday night, and would definitely recommend ordering delivery because those orders definitely get priority!

I know this is going to be an unpopular opinion. However, I absolutely love Domino's thin crust pepperoni pizza. In my opinion, it is the best thin crust pepperoni pizza out there. Dominoes keeps it simple. A good crust, good toppings, a great price. In today's world of boutique pizza and flavor combinations that are out of this world strange, if you are looking for a good safe alternative, you can't do better than this. Best of all, this location is always fast and friendly. I travel quite a bit and I always try to check out the different pizza scenes in the various cities. No matter what I find, I always come home to my local Domino's.
