Hour wait and they didn’t tell us when we ordered. Place was a ghost town at 3 on a Saturday and still couldn’t operate.Staff had an attitude and didn’t communicate.Wings are chicken tenders here and didn’t give us the sauce we asked for. Teenagers that came in and took over for the cranky group we ordered with seemed a lot better.Breadsticks and pizza were ok, but overall experience didn’t justify the price.

Completely unpredictable. Ordered a pizza, they told me 20mins, it takes over 40. Sitting in the restaurant waiting I see others have also been frustrated by double or triple wait times. This place has gone downhill. It's pizza. The making of it should be nearly mechanical and highly predictable.

I order a slice of cheese and a breadstick here. The pizza ended up being blistering hot, which the cashier should have mentioned to be careful with, especially when the breadstick I received was cold. Not even warm. The breadstick:A little dry, and cold. Should have been hot and come with any sort of dipping sauce more as a necessity rather than a luxury. The pizza:Way too much cheese, which unbalances the ratio. I ordered it with extra sauce, but they might have just put extra cheese instead and misheard me.The dough had a good taste, but it wasn't very fluffy. More on the dense side. That is usually a product of improper fermentation, or improper stretching.About 15% through the slice, it started to fall apart. The crust was very brittle and seemed to snap off in pieces. The cheese was so much that there were gigantic strands of it that you had to pinch off in order to eat it in bites.Overall, the taste was good, but there were several issues that should be easy enough to address if the owner cares and takes the time to instruct his employees on cheese portions, dough stretching, and proper heating of breadsticks.I would have given this review to the cashier but she never asked me how it was after I was done and walked out.+ Atmosphere is great, lots of cool memorabilia on the walls and the world's smallest arcade in the back.

Cons: Walked in, two employees saw me, didn't come over to take my order. Had to go and ask for my soda cup. No straws-employee looked. Lots of dirty tables and several different employees walked past many times.Pros: The best pizza in Portland.

Dirty and terrible service. No unbussed tables when we got there and place was mostly empty. When asked if they could clear tables was told they could give me a bus bin and I could do it. Used to be a great place but has gone downhill. Poorly managed place and won’t be back…

Best pizza ever. We ordered the Combo Supreme 1 ... Mama Mia!!! That's-a-some-a- pizza!!!Kid-friendliness: I have to say I enjoyed the sound of young kids having the time of their lives chasing each other, screaming in high-pitched voices, crawling on the floor, playing hop scotch. Been a long time since I have heard kids having so much fun. It was nice.

The pizza is good but I tried calling the lake Oswego store for a pickup order and it kept going to voicemail. This is why online ordering comes in

Unfortunately for us we had either a bad night or just not to our liking. We spent $55 for two pizzas and drinks not including tip. One gluten free Stromboli and one pepperoni. It took over an hour of waiting to get it. Then it came out under cooked and not cut properly. My husband tried to serve himself 2 slices and it was so poorly cut that the entire pizza slid off the stand and fell on the table while he was using the pie server. The veggie toppings don’t seem to be cooked at all. The pepperoni wasn’t liked by my kids or myself, but that may be our taste buds. It’s a little spicier than we are used to.Please beware of allergies. My husband is allergic to gluten, we told the cook/cashier that it was an allergy. My husband got sick from eating the two slices he did eat. We ended up throwing out the pizzas. It was a waste of money and my husband was sick for a couple of days.Dietary restrictions: Do not eat here if you have allergies. They do not take care of these. They cross contaminate. Gluten free please beware and go elsewhere. Dominos is better luck than here. Even if you stress it to the staff.

45 minutes for sm carry out pizza. Pizza is flipped upside down when they pull it out of oven & it ends up being incorrectly made anyway. ??? you lost a customer on the first visit

We visit often, it’s our go to for pizza. The consistency is not always there but this weeks pie hit the spot. We ordered extra sauce and it was delicious.
