This is the worst food I have ever ordered in my life. It had 0 flavor. Basically just cut up vegetables and rice, no seasoning whatsoever. They also left the edamame out of my teriyaki order. The quality of the meat was bad, tough and chewy, again, NO FLAVOR. If this was at a grocery store and cost $5 it would be okay, but I can't believe they think this is restaurant quality, and worth $17. Don't waste your money, unless you are going to feed this to your dog.

i really like freshii and i am super appreciative to have a very healthy food option when ordering on uber eats. the first two times i ordered, it was great and i had no issues. i get the teriyaki bowl every time. the last two times i've ordered, they've left ingredients out of my bowl. last week, when i ordered myself a chicken teriyaki bowl and my partner a steak teriyaki bowl, neither of our bowls came with teriyaki sauce... which is a pretty important ingredient on a "teriyaki" bowl. i was left with a dry bowl and ended up tossing it, which made me extremely sad. it was too dry to even tolerate eating for sustenance. the steak teriyaki bowl was my partner's first ever bowl there, so that was his first impression. i ordered again for lunch today. i made a polite note about how the teriyaki was forgotten last time, so please don't forget to add the teriyaki sauce. when i received my bowl, i quickly noticed they added the teriyaki sauce, but left off the edamame. i can't help but wonder if this was intentional and passive aggressive. there are other spots in the area that have similar concepts, so i may try those other places before giving anymore business to freshii, since it's been 50/50 on receiving my order correctly.

I was excited to try this place. I ordered the Mezza bowl. It was very tasty. However, when I finished and asked if they recycled the plastic containers that the food comes in (everything is served to-go, there are no dishes) they just rolled their eyes and said no. What a huge waste to put everything in the landfill. This model of "just throw it away" makes me crazy.

I came in tonight on 11/14/23 at 6:25p to pick up someone’s order. I was taken aback by the rude customer service from the two women working there. It also stood out to me, that one of the employees, wearing a belly shirt, was leaning over the prep table eating her food. This felt like a health code violation. I feel embarrassed delivering this food to a customer tonight, because from what I saw, the employees cared very little of engaging with me, cared little about the food and cleanliness. I don’t ever plan on coming here myself.

Truly some of the least pleasant people I’ve ever come across. Been in here more times than I can count. Not sure if I’ve ever seen a smile. No matter how pleasant or neutral I am I’ve never had a pleasant interaction with anyone working here. Must be awful working here if they’re all like this all the time.

Food was enjoyable. Appeared that this was 3 of the staffs first jobs as their work ethic was poor and seemed more like we were walking in on their hangout time. The atmosphere was uncomfortable because we couldn’t believe that employees would sit with air pods in and feet on the counter with their face to their phone as we were in there. I also didn’t know wearing long hair down was appropriate for food handling now. Would eat here again, but recommend some staff training. Got time to lean, got time to clean!
